Matt, I always love your content, you're one of my fav's and have shared your channel with others. You share information that is accessible to so many people at so many different levels.
Thank you for this honest and open post that I definitely can relate to going from a steady paycheck to questioning every action and nonaction. Everything always works out as it does though. :)
And yes, having a professional therapist is a huge game changer! I know from experience having one myself. :)

So nice to hear about your work with young men ... and getting on the therapy wagon. Therapy is so underrated and maligned. Great video!

Thanks for your honest and transparent take on things Matt. I truly have taken some highlights away from this, and recognized how often the critic has been present for me this past year. I’ve really enjoyed your content and journey over the past couple of years. Getting to my 2022 planning a bit late, but working on that acceptance.

Thank you for this! I loved the part on the inner critic. I beat myself up on not keeping up with my friends who are much much more successful than me lol but the alignment helped me realize by working towards my goals I’ll ultimately become that person I want to be

Thanks for your vulnerability Matt. I am glad you’ve worked through this and still are. Things could have been on the total flip side of blowing up making and doing as you manifested yet still came up empty (I’ve seen it both ways). It’s amazing how all our stories are different and how God shapes us, our character, along the way!!!

Matt: Great overall review. Having been a solo attorney for 42 years, learning how to "pivot" is an ongoing skill. Even now, in my 9th year of retirement, I ENJOY trying new things. And it isn't always about the money. The inner satisfaction you get through setting goals/challenges - and striving towards them - will yield results which you can use as building blocks in even more future endeavors. Also, the personal time you are taking now, away from "work", to learn the intricacies of BJJ ; to learn more about yourself through therapy [and other like self-improvement modalities ] will give your own critical thought processes the ability to level out and bring to you the rewards you deserve.

wow, thanks for sharing your journey for 2021. You've certainly inspired me to keep on trucking and to try and quiet that "you suck" voice in my head. It was really like having a personal chat with you. You've given me a lot to think about as I start my own journey for 2022.

Hello Matt, keep going on the Path. I see must of your inner talk is similar to mine. I'm in the sport area, and the wins are more powerfull than de results. The value of the small wins are priceless, the results Will came afertwards. In my activity still is that way. You are a big inspiration and trully a source of power for get the work done and produtive. 💪👍
