Hi sir, after following ur classes am able to do front splits with twisting and with pegion pose also bt am not able to do middle splits completly only 70% i can able to do, for me is it possible to learn completly

half knowledge always creates conflicts, there are different categories in yoga. what you don’t know it doesn’t mean that not exist. i am teaching everything about yoga but i am only uploading here on UA-cam what i like. if you are searching about yoga on Social media then u having wrong understanding about yoga, for that please train your self under experience guidance. but if you need practical or advanced poses variations then you can watch my videos and remember advanced poses are not about yoga, they are only for flexibility & strength, this is not important to practice but if u wants to try something new then u can go for it

You can solve this by practicing regularly & during practice focus on your breath
