I need a bolster in my life! Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing 20 minutes. I find my body calls for more yoga practice during the winter months. This was perfect!
They are not cheap, but my life improved 1000% the day my yoga bolster arrived in the post. They are a gift from the heavens, I kid you not! Apparently Hugger Mugger are about the best ones you can get. The postage to Australia is a bit too prohibitive, else I would have got one. Mine is a big purple rounded one with a handle on one end and a picture of a lotus on the other. The flat fabric handle is surprisingly useful. If I were in the market for a new one, I would get a flattened one like Alexis has here. Hope this unsolicited advice helps. Good luck! You got me on a topic about which I am very passionate (obvs) LoL 🌵💗🕉️
@@ThisYogaLife-ak yes I really liked it, I have been taking a yoga class for about 5 years now and enjoy your videos a lot. I need the bolster I can see it would be very helpful for me. Thanks so much
First time trying 10:06 and 16:18, and I absolutely love them! I felt that there were too many poses within 20 minutes. By the time my body had started to relax, we were already setting up for the next pose 😅 Nevertheless, I still managed to relax a little more before bed 😌 Thank you 🙏🏼
Just did the stretches you showed at 10:01 again, great for the interior peck and under arm area! pesky to keep your shirt from riding up though haha as happened to u
