- Moza Mini P is one of the best gimbal for smartphones, action cameras, compact camera and light mirrorless cameras. And this is an in depth review for this super awesome, all in one gimbal. The ability to handle all three types of capture devices makes it one great gimbal to have with you for any kind of use.
Moza differentiates this by giving a 900 grams of payload support. This opens up several Camera with Lenses, smartphone with audio device and action camera air a frame etc. which can be paired and used with this fantastic gimbal.
The MOZA Mini P features various advanced shooting modes such as inception mode, FPV mode, and sport gear mode. Use inception mode to create best camera movement that twists into a shot, FPV mode to focus the camera on you, or sport gear mode to capture sports a lot easier and any kind of fast motion.
Setting up the gimbal does take some learning, and you do require patience. Even if you are using this with a phone you will still have to balance it unlike Mobile phone gimbals.

I want to clarify that at 9:20 the app is Moza Master, which will allow you to use joystick. In the video voice over by mistake, I have said Moza Genie. Moza Genie is the previous app which we have already covered in the video

Unfortunately it looks like you were already paired with the bluetooth when you started Moza Master (not Genie). I can't persuade my ZV-1 to pair with the Master app and you didn't show the process from scratch (unpaired).

Great job with the video sir.. just want to know if this will work with Olympus OMD EM10 markii with basic kit or prime lens weight will be less than 900 gm.. It’s not present in the compatible list but would like to buy after watching this video.
Thank you for the comment, appreciate it. If the weight isn't exceeding 900gm it will work well. They certainly haven't included all cameras but if your camera and lense dimensions come close to anything else in there and weight is less than 900gm it will balance it. What won't work is attaching camera to the gimbal with a cable to control camera shutter via the gimbal.

@@dessdess9737 yes I was able to use my Olympus with this gimbal. But I had hard time balancing my camera ..
Since gimbal can’t be connected to Olympus camera through a wire, so capture/record buttons won’t work .. you need to operate those on your camera directly

How to control DSLR camera zoom in this gimbal?
Actually there is a port on the Gimbal to connect a camera using this cable. I even shot the video about it, but post 2 seconds of recording using gimbal buttons on sony A6400 (which is a compatible camera) it stops recording a video. When I looked up, many others people are facing that, so before posting that finding I need to do some more trouble shooting of camera functions.

Hi Boham, Yes it will work! This gimbal can take upto 900gm of weight. 200D + 50 mm prime lense doesn't exceed that.

As this is a hybrid, you have an option to go higher and get one for proper DSLR - Ronin SC at 20K will be good. Or else go only mobile way and get a specific mobile gimbal like DJI OM 4 or 5. OM4 will be good enough for 12K. But this one is an overall sweet spot for both devices. One benefit of using mobile gimbals will be, you wouldn't need to calibrate or balancing required.

In that case, I will recommend this. There is Zhiyun crane m2 as well. But the payload for that is only 700 grams.

Hi, in the video I am using 24mm F2.8 prime lense. It was the thinnest lense I had. But I also used it with 18-55 Kit lense and it worked perfectly.
Beyond that I am not sure. If your camera + lense weight doesn't exceed beyond 900 gm, it will work. Hope this helps.

Yes tracking feature is built in !
Can I use it with canon 1500 d?
Yes you can. It will not be dependent on the camera body, but the total weight with the lens. A standard kit lens with 1500d will be a piece of cake for this gimbal to handle. If your lens and camera weight goes higher than 900 grams that’s when gimbal won’t be able to support it.
Can we use canon 200d camera with this?
Hi Sarat, quiet easily. Canon 200d weights 453 gm. This can take overall load up to 900gm. So even with kit lense or any other prime lense it will work perfectly.

No there isn't a specific slot on it for placing the rode wireless go receiver. But I think using an attachment like ULANZI PT-3 Triple Cold Shoe Mount Adapter will help in setting it up.
If that is your primary requirement then visit a store and check it out first.

Hi Ashish, yes certainly if it is under 900g it will work. Also I have used it with Canon 77D with the Kit lense 18-55 as well, not covered in the video but it works well.
