Most people in Las Vegas bet with chips, but Danny “The Count” Koker bets with cars. This Sin City legend walks, talks and breathes cars and bikes. When he sees a car he wants, he will do whatever it takes to get his hands on it-including making on-the-spot cash offers to unsuspecting owners. On the HISTORY series Counting Cars, Danny and his team restore, customize and sell cars in a hurry, scrambling to keep their Las Vegas shop in the black. From classics to exotics, from hotrods to choppers, Danny and the crew of Count’s Kustoms will stop at nothing to find and flip the greatest rides of all time.

As a USMC vet, I so appreciate what these guys are doing. I was lucky but a lot of my friends didn't come home or came home wounded. God bless these guys and Danny and his crew. Hoorah.
My husband was 75th rangers 3 tour to Afghanistan
It would be great if you could go back in time to bring them home
Thank you for your service to our country, I greatly appreciate it. God bless our military personnel.
us Veterans may talk smack about each other, but it’s all in fun and we’re all still Brothers and Sisters and we have each other’s backs 24/7/365
Much Love And Respect to Count’s Kustoms for their support of Veterans and First Responders
@@JohnH20111 You are so right. Marines talk smack to Navy guys but we are all brothers & sisters in service of our country, well maybe not the Airforce LOL.
Much love to Danny and the talented men at Count’s Customs. You just did a great thing for some great people. God Bless you all. 🇺🇸
I was in high school in the late 60s before I enlisted. Guys back then in my little town were taking Chevy II Nova bodies and putting 427 cubic-inch engines in them that they took out of wrecked corvettes. Sort of like a "missle with a man" as mucho horsepower and torque. More than one guy got into serious wrecks in these as they were not that easy to control. Seeing Danny's in this video brought those memories flooding back. Yes, mustangs and camaros were popular but so were these Chevy II Novas with hopped up engines. Smart guys changed rear ends and improved the traction to help control them. Reckless guys just "let 'er rip."
What was it like in the late 60s and early 70s? I was born in 2001 and I wish that I could experience this time... No cellphones/smart phones no Internet as we know it today.....
@@princeedmunddukeofedinburg different world back then growing up.
Great job guys. That old-school Nova is absolutely PERFECT!!
I live only a few miles from Camp Freedom and have a lot of First Responder friends that belong and volunteer there. It truly is a second to none place for Veterans and First Responders to go to enjoy the great outdoors and beyond. I am a former LEO and 911 dispatcher and disabled off the job due to PTSD and my wife is currently a 911 dispatcher with 14 yrs of service, so yes, although we are not members, we do very much appreciate Camp Freedom and everything they do and absolutely everyone that helps and donates anything and everything to help them make it all possible for our brothers and sisters. God Bless and be well always.
@Daniel Bea People like you take the nice out of everything, but Veterans give and fight for your freedoms and unfortunately the freedom to speak and be an ungrateful human. As far as the First Responders, Remember they are the 1st people that even people like you call in your time of need and put their lives on the line in most cases to protect you and your loved ones. Think you can do any of it better, don a uniform and show is all how it's all done, until then I suggest that you stand aside until you have the backbone to do so instead of attempting to diminish the courage, integrity and pride that the people that serve in our military and on our streets have day in and day out. Keyboard warriors like you make me sick.
Count, I love you brother! Thank you for your heart towards disabled veterans.
They did this car justice, love the cragars
Got to see this car in person. The guy that won it lives in the same town as me. Just as beautiful as it looks
Ryan did a perfect job on the paint and stripes!
Should have just peeled the hokey Yenko decals off and added the Cragar's and called it done!
I hear that and it would of been a way quicker flip
I agree that woulda been cool but I like the way it came out
I would have kept the Yenko paint on the car. Still looked better...
Could be a switched car. Clones go for stupid money. Bet he paid 40K+. I'm sure thats a 10k Paint Job.
Notice they tapes off the Blinker at 3:19? That's just lazy AF. Underneath will be the original color if they take it off. it's only held on by two 5/16 speed nuts.
Ryan is a unreal painter , man I’d love for him to paint my car ..... if I could afford it . Cheers
Totally a master painter/ artist !!!
he's a master artist, Danny is blessed
I'd ask for my Jeep to get a new look
I want Ryan to paint my stove 😂 so that I can throw down my food in style.
He's good at pin striping, I'll give him that, but Mike is the real artist in my opinion
Always wanted another Nova. My first car was a 1974 Nova SS. It was the most fun car I ever owned. Hopefully someday I'll aquire another one from 68 to 74 and restore it.
BTW Ryan KILLS IT with the gorgeous paint!
That Nova is gorgeous..😍
this is probably the most beauty muscle car ever
Ugh ..miss my 69 nova on the road....I need more funds so I can finish her already 🥺
Danny is such a nice man and wish him all the best
When I heard it was first responders and all that good stuff turned on my heart strings too
The 69 nova 2 door is tied with the 67 mustang fastback for my number 1 favorite dream car
I'm glad to see how supportive of veterans and first responders counts customs is. It breaks my heart to see people out there protesting to defund first responders. A lot of first responders are veterans and they need all the support they can get during these crazy times.
The side is my colour !! Ryan is a heck of a painter
God bless all vets
Gotta love the Crager mags I have them on my 64 Chevy impala that I bought when I was 14 and I’m 55 now and I still have it it is red with a white top and it still looks cool to me anyway it’s not lowered
I like when awesome ppl do awesome things for awesome ppl.
Danny : Crunch the numbers
Michael Scott: That's what she said !!
What?
My first car was a 71 firebird. Flat black with ghost flames. Still have the shaker cans.
AWESOME!!!. Love the paint jobs these guys put out, world class.
I'd love to see another one where the red is actually gun metal grey, and no pinstripes.
I hit these guys up about doing a rebuild on my already awesome 1974 Chevy Nova. I even offered to throw over $25,000 in cash their way to make it happen. They never even got back to me. Now they finally do a Nova... Figures.
1:45 LOL THE GENTLEMAN SOUND BITE ADDED
Another amazing car.
Awesome show.
Cheers Count .
From Australia
My mouth is drooling I love this car
Danny seems like such a co guy n i like what they do to the vehicles
I use to have one 73 Chevy Nova hatch SS back in the 80s plus it was my first car wish I still had it
I like this car. Not enormous, but with plenty of go. Nicely understated. A 'sleeper', as we say over in the UK. And all for a very good cause. Bang on!👍
Once had a 74 Chevy Nova dad bought it for me and a week or 2 later after finally driving it at 17 1/2 someone ran a red light going 88 and I totaled the car getting wrapped around a utility pole. This is my dream car, I will have it back one day..
'68 Nova is one of my Top 10 Hotwheels castings. Nuff said, ait?
Great job by the Count and the crew! Patriots !
I’m 42 and I know what this car is. I love my classics. I have a 58 Apache shirt bed fleetside with big window I loved that truck
I sure do love Crager mags. I have them on my 64 Impala that I still have.
Nice car! Love the paint.
That's a beaut. The paint, the motor are just gorgeous. Would definitely pay big bucks for it.
Love that paint job
Nice to see you and your crew back and continuing to do great work and finding great causes!!! Looking forward to more...I wish you well, Danny and all there.
Had a 1972 Nova.. Loved it an I miss it very much over past 15 or 20 year's but ahh!! ✌
Had a 1971 silver w/ 350, then a 327 4-bolt. Lots of clutch changes.
My grandfather bought one of these new for a few thousand. Wish we still had that. He drove it until like 1980.
Car is perfection man
Wow..dani punya koleksi mobil yang banyak dan bagus, hebat pak dani...kereennn
My father had a 1969 chevy nova 3 speed with a slap stick and 1969 C10 3 speed as well he worked for NASA and worked on cars in his spare time those cars were very special to him he restored both and when he passed was a very sad moment.
0:19 don't you dear look me in the eyes and say it's not Keegan-Michael Key in a skit
Danny has a heart of gold
As soon as Danny sees the car he attached 🤣🤣🤣🤣
IMO it looked way better as a Yenko clone. love the dog dish hubcaps. but i love the cause more! thank you Vets for my Freedoms
So much fun in a cool car with a big block. Ironman in Alabama said that.
2:50 Im surprised to see the only trail of rubber was from that Nova. I would expect something more like a drag race starting line.
I just saw this car in cabelas in Hamburg pa 2 weeks ago!
We just got a 68 Nova for my friend's grandson. Hope it turns out as good. But not a Yenko, we are doing a factory SS clone.
That nova is beautiful
Dang I love those rims
I would've left it as a Yenko, it was a well done replica.
If it was just a stripe pkg. With a 350 I could see changing it.
It would've made more $$ as a well done Yenko if you ask me. Car was beautiful as was.
I like 70's too but not with what it was.
Yea I'm with you I think it would have held its value longer the way it was
Thank you
Mine was canary yellow.
.miss that car
the sound of that V8 its like music to my ears
Ohh its really good to see these triumphs...
My First Car Was A 1962 Chevy Nova In 1969. ❤🚙
Wicked 69-Nova 427/ m21 Muncie & 411, That thing would outrun anything on the street. You guys
did an incredible job on it, the paint is unbelievable. Nice job. Stay safe, be careful but have fun. See Ya's!!
Danny is the big brother you wished to have growing up...
Also: re 'light to light' ? Never mind miles per gallon, what about tickets per mile?😆
Amazing I love ❤️ Chevy nova😍
Totally awesome.
I own a 69 Nova (383 SBC) . This one is nice with the BBC. Not a huge fan of their finish paint job but that is just one person's taste vs another. I wonder what was paid for the final product. It is very clean, BBC, new paint, and is not a trailer queen. 40-50k?
I want to ride in your 69 nova
Car looks great, super cause.
Cool Nova!!!!!!!!!!! 👍👍👍👍
The nova is awesome
Id not get rid of that Nova mostly the way they did that car leave it alone its perfect its so nice
Wish i had american muscle here for the summer, but in baltics you need so much cash to even get a non running one. Atleast there is youtube to see those great beasts in all their beauty! Keep those things running for the future.
My favourite program counting car, leepu and Pitbull
What a paint job
Love it same color as mine .
The count and Kevin. Oh man, Kevin is the type of friend you need but not the type you like to hang around with much. But kudos to him, he keeps Danny in check. Such a dynamic duo.
I don't like the first set of wheels personally, but that's just me. Wow the changes they made soooo much better, perfect wheels and paint.
Needs buckets!
I would have kept it! 🤣
this nova beautiful....
Cars absolutely beautiful however I think it should have been painted all the same color as the sides the candy apple a metal flake whatever it is but just my opinion one beautiful machine though thank you gentlemen and thank you Danny thank you gentlemen for your service Danny you're the greatest
I love me a Nova!!
My first car was a 78 Nova. When we went to see the seller, my dad told me to play it cool. After we test drove it. I couldn't keep my poker face. Lol.
We had planned to keep that car forever but my dad died the next year and a year later I wrecked her.
Dream is to get another some day.
Very cool ! But I would expect nothing less.
You know if you're at a car reveal standing next to Danny then you're about to be smiling👍
Kool car Danny
Hola muy buenos días soy mexicana tengo mi chevi Nova Chevrolet año 1976 2 puertas soy fan de los carros clásicos
That's because you are the man with a big heart man. You support our vets
that don't bring a hundred grand I don't know what will
wheels are great. the paint, well...
Danny got all of GTA cheat code cars in his collection, i think this one is called sabre in the game.
I had a 68 straight 6!
It's really nice that Danny does a freebie for disabled veterans.
Is that a real Yanko?
No dude, I'm just Yenkoin' yer chain.
Am I the only one who actually believes the Count truly has a hard time letting go of the cars , I've got true respect for this guy
No, any car guy has a hard time letting go of a car. About the only time I've seen any car guy happy about letting go of a car is giving it to their kid.
I don't know I'd probably want to keep it
I would love to own one of the great American muscles
Yoo I saw that Cadillac Eldorado y’all better do one of those
Also my Chevy Impala my 64 still has the original motor and transmission which is a 283 two speed powerglide With glass packs so it sounds really cool still those were on it when I bought it and I bought it mowing lawns at 14 years old it was my very first car but I hear a lifter knocking in it So I’m not gonna drive it until I get it rebuilt because I want all numbers matching for the motor and transmission anyway LOL
