I have the big brother to this boat and it builds easily but the toe in fights the turn fin. They gave me a strut that mounts with 2 screw on the side of the strut(same side) so the torque of the prop moves the strut. I ended up putting a different one on after I told them what a piece of junk it was. My ski is about half the boat length and is plywood, i noticed that yours is very long. I've been running the same motor with a 4216 and it does great, also running a 120 flycolor since i do have the room.

I don't think they know much about their boats and someone else designed them. they just sell stuff. what model do you have the R4 ? thought that took a 3660 or bigger motor not a 2968. he also told me you did not have to have toe in. but could if you wanted. not sure what to believe from them. mine is a very good running boat watch my other videos on this as i was able to get 70 MPH on 4S with it. Good luck with yours and just have fun with it!
