+ZNA Productions Well, luckily, while you where too busy playing Fallout to make videos, I was too busy playing Fallout to notice the lack of videos XD
honestly dude, I'm both impressed by your work as well as envious of the skills and knowledge that you've acquired at your age already. the best I can manage so far is simply repairing or reinstalling some parts on my guitar. you're a huge inspiration though and I love what you do
when tracing the angle for the Mohawk, couldn't you use a light placed above the helmet, and trace the shadow that's casted by it for a more accurate cut than eyeballing it?
I got Fallout 4 for my B-Day can't stop playing it as well. So anything you do Fallout inspired I'm going to watch especially when you get to Power Armor. I have faith you can make it look as good.
in my welding classes i got a 10(its like getting an A) in MIG/MAG, TIG, RSU(pin welding) and LSU(blow torch). but if a random guy like me can do it then you can to, keep practising and youll get there
+Hilmar Eyberg oh and dont wiggle when you weld, go to one side and stop for one second move to the otherside stop other side stop otherside (its hard to explain but im just tryna give advice :3)
+Mikhail Games u's and c's refer to the weld pattern. im sure theres other people would would appreciate if you would restrain from swearing or atleast censor your words. this post is top of the list for everyone to see and you just posted a f bomb at the top of the page
ive been following you for awhile now and not only do you have a great on camera personna your skills have improved so much. this has to be one of the best videos ever for you tube builders. way to go way to grow
Hey dude looks like you need less wire speed with the welding and i'm guessing you are using gasless wire, Gasless wire is a bitch to use. If you are not using gasless wire you need to replace the nozzle on your handpiece, will help smooth out the weld and reduce spit. Oh and just a tip; Using gas shielding pull away from the weld and flux shielding you should push through the weld.
for someone who has never worked with metal (exept for a brief period of time in highschool) this is amazing, and as long as it serves the purpose the welding is good enough.
if you're making ranged weapon make a pistol crossbow! EDIT: Realised that you already made one, maybe re-design one and make it blot action with a magazine.
+ZNA Productions Hey I was thinking about your "Duck drawing competition." Some photoshop wizard out there will just take the photo and white the Wizard's email on the Sign there email.
+ZNA Productions Hey I commented on a earlier video and I was wondering if you could make a video on how to make a handle because I have a knife that the handle is broken off of everything is broken except for the actual blade if I where to grab it there would just be blade so yeah can you please do that , I love all your videos and I figured this would be a refreshing break lol :)
+Bishope Wilson another youtube named +meleeweapons does those sorts of things as in knife repair and fixing broken knives. he also has less subscribers meaning less comments so a higher chance to put a vid to fix your knife.
+Bryson Wethington For paintball, I think you'd need more eye protection, like a polycarbonate (e.g. Lexan) panel, since paint could still splatter through perforated steel. It would also need to cover your ears. Personally, I'd leave off the sawblade mohawk, as it could easily snag on branches and stuff.
Yes and no. Take the saw blade out as it can get caught. If you're running and say a branch or a door frame hits the saw blade it's going to snap your neck back you're going to fall. Also you'd need to replace the visor with some puxy glass? Think that's what it's called. Just so paintballs or airsoft bbs don't shatter on the metal and damage your eyes. That or just where some really good trusty glasses under the mask.
i hope you read this comment mate please answer if you do your wasting gas because you dont have your shroud on and instead of protecting it your just breathing them in. it doesnt take much to learn to weld i mean your action doesnt seem that bad but watch a few how to vids try welding tips and tricks
Dude that is freaking SWEEEET! And don't feel bad about the welding my dad has been teaching me how to weld off and on for about a year now and I still have trouble getting a "good weld". Keep up the good work, can't wait to see more!
Found your channel a couple of weeks ago and I am amazed. I really hope you go far in life kid and achieve all of your dreams. Avoid the distractions and put your skills to a positive use. God Bless.
ive come to the conclusion that eli is just unconsciously friggin hilarious😂😂😂 love the videos man i always find myself double checking just to make sure there isnt a new post😂😂 by far my favorite youtube channel.
Creators not copy cats!!!! Dude your a legend I love your work and your since of humor. I respect the no template idea because I myself never copy some ones work 100% I take inspiration if I find it interesting because the real joy to me is the creating and problem solving along the way
The night terror, other saw blade tawmahak with an orange handel grip, shovel shoulder pads, Fallout 4 inspired gauntlets, and the new mask you just made and ready for the zombie apocalypse.
Great video, really loved the intro even though I hate that song. That helmet is sick, awesome job on making that! And thanks so much for showing us how you did it, I know making videos is a lot more work than most people realize, so thanks again for entertaining me.
One thing that will really help your welds (especially with MIG welding) is actually grinding off all the scale where you weld with a wire wheel. This will allow the arc to go directly to the metal which will allow you to make better and prettier welds. this is a really cool build and I hope this helps. :)
Just binge watched a ton of your videos, and i love them. One tip with MIG welding like you are using, seems to be a lot of splatter and if you are blowing holes through the metal, turn down the heat at which you are welding. Usually it can be done by lowering the amperage or voltage on your welder. I would also try bringing the tip of the gun down closer to the metal and that may help as well. MIG welding should sound like bacon frying. But not doing a bad job! Keep it up! It took me years to become even moderately good at it!
I love how you block out the sound of your tools with music because I have seen some channels that didn't block it out or just left it silent or skipped it and its pretty boring and that's one thing that really grabbed my attention when I found your channel so keep up the good work and I cant wait for the next video ;)
100% you deserve so many more subs for all the effort you but in your builds and creations 10/10 amazing not lying how are u not over 1 mil subs with your amazing stuff love your content keep doing it dont stop good luck with the channel hope it grows so much bigger
I am by no means good at welding, but to me it looks like your main problem is speed and precision. The most important thing ( Beside your machine being on the right settings and safety of course ) is to go at a steady pace the whole time and to go as straight as possible. Filming the welding wouldn't damage the iris, because it just is a bunch of mechanical metal or plastic sheets that fold over eachother creating a bigger or smaller hole to let light through. It could, however, damage the sensor (the actual part that measures the light and creates a digital image from that light. So you had the right idea ;) Love the vids, dude!
cool helmet but, there's a settlement that needs your help, here i'll mark it on your map
SpooderCow u shoudlve said pipboy

X-01 armour is more his level
+ZednoughtNova more like enclave, the enclave had more time and is simpley is better than institute
EpicPieSlap
T-60 is my favorite power armour, i dont give a shit if the X-01 has more protection, im going out in T-60
Nah T-51 is still the best
YESSSSS
+ZNA Productions Well, luckily, while you where too busy playing Fallout to make videos, I was too busy playing Fallout to notice the lack of videos XD
Don't feel bad eli, My dad does construction and your welds are a ton better than his.
...He works in concreting but you know, small victories.
Dude your name... it's hilarious
Hey dude your name .......is hilarious
Hey there dude your name .... it’s is hilarious
Hey there my dude your name..... it it’s is hilarious
your name was blessed by a baby sea turtle priest in the himalayas
your having an easier time making this out of steel than I'm having making it from cardboard
I have attempted to make a template more than 6 times (multiple hours at a time) and I still have never succeeded
Galvanized steel + a few thousand degrees of heat = being able to see what you had for lunch.
Best intro ever...
The Wanderer best Song on earth 😌😂😂
"If you just so happen to miss a burr, you'll cut yourself in half and die instantly" 😂
+6KiloBytes It's true, happened to me 3 times.
You should headbutt something with that helmet on
Ouch, that would hurt.
+DVSKATE I agree
+MrSolidFaction amen
He can put a layer of things inside of it.
+MrSolidFaction thats why its a berserker helmet. berserkers charge people quickly. so i guess headbutting them would be a berserker thing to do
Does anyone else think this looks more mad max like than fallout?
ya, if it was rusty.
+andrew watkinson agreed 👍
+James Fernihough never taken a look at mad max, but i think you are right
yup
Considering that a lot of Fallout's style and even armours were inspired by Mad Max, I don't think that's an easy comparison to make.
Dear ZNA, your welding is much better than a quadriplegic 👍
This is sick as hell: 10/10 would recommend 😩 Also feeling like a proud mother seeing you so excited about welding 😂 how's your hand healing?
+Jada Frederick Mom stop you're embarrassing me in front of my friends...
+ZNA Productions can't stop won't stop :~)
This is kinda weird
+Rift YOU'RE NOT MY DAD
+Rift who are you and when were we married 😟
You silly head, this cant possibly be raider headgear from fallout 4, because raiders in fallout 4 wear potato sacks on their heads for protection.
+Eh B0ss, I have teh canc0r Potato Sacks and then Car Roll cages is what raider armour is.
+Eh B0ss, I have teh canc0r he said inspired by fallout
For security reasons
Papa Bless
I like how with the way replying is, we all ended up starting our comments with Eh B0ss, I have teh canc0r
I feel those fallout urges. probably the coolest intro I've ever seen to anything ever.
O hey it's you!
You're terrible at attacking pumpkins....
+DeltaNoodles good thing its not the career I plan. Im great at attacking trolls though.
Melee Weapons No hehe, I love your videos. But in the machete restoration video you kept sort of missing the target. No hard feelings? :D
honestly dude, I'm both impressed by your work as well as envious of the skills and knowledge that you've acquired at your age already. the best I can manage so far is simply repairing or reinstalling some parts on my guitar. you're a huge inspiration though and I love what you do
fav intro!!! seemed just right with the works going on in the back and that classic vintage music ahhh perfect
The song in the background is from fallout...
+UA-cam FTW I knew that already , but the dude above me was complaining about it like it matters or something its 30 seconds who gives a damn
UA-cam FTW it's also orginally came out in the fiftys
The production quality of the intro is still my favorite thing for the 20th time I watched this video
when tracing the angle for the Mohawk, couldn't you use a light placed above the helmet, and trace the shadow that's casted by it for a more accurate cut than eyeballing it?
dude this helmet is absolutely gorgeous in its own way
shoulda done the reverse mohawk. anyway, send full pics, and specs to bethesda gaming, would be cool to see it in the 5th installment, or dlc..
I got Fallout 4 for my B-Day can't stop playing it as well. So anything you do Fallout inspired I'm going to watch especially when you get to Power Armor. I have faith you can make it look as good.

+Hilmar Eyberg make U's or C's
+XxX29racerguy33XxX WHAT THE FUCK IS A U THERES A'S B'S C'S D'S AND F'S
+Mikhail Games u's and c's refer to the weld pattern. im sure theres other people would would appreciate if you would restrain from swearing or atleast censor your words. this post is top of the list for everyone to see and you just posted a f bomb at the top of the page
I love how much thought you put into it even though you will most likely never use it for combat.
Hey man, Grinder and Paint make me the welder I ain't!
Words of wisdom for anyone trying to weld, :3
Not only was this a sweet build, but it had great humor, loved it.
You should make a skit with your armor and weapons so we can see how everything looks together.
I'm glad to see that you've been clearly working hard lately
Make a ballista.
Lololol dat name and pic
+tobias van der horst I'm dying
Haha! That name doh
ive been following you for awhile now and not only do you have a great on camera personna your skills have improved so much. this has to be one of the best videos ever for you tube builders. way to go way to grow

5:50 btw you burned through it. just thought I'd let you know
i come here for the humor and the builds are just a nice addition. keep up the awesome work man!
if you're making ranged weapon make a pistol crossbow!
EDIT: Realised that you already made one, maybe re-design one and make it blot action with a magazine.
+Pedro The Unicorn Fucker i´d recommend a cal.50 weapon
He already made two versions of a pistol crossbow
He already made two versions of a pistol crossbow
you dont have to post the same comment twice
you dont have to post the same comment twice
I say, if I had a tenth of your dedication and enthusiasm... I'd be set!!
How much does the entire suit weigh? Including helmet.
the build is awesome as usual, but I've watched this video like 8 times just because I like the intro so much. keep up the good work!
That's cool and all but you need to make a Titan from titanfall
I think that him not getting anything done but play fallout 4 is a blessing because it gave us this video
does tortellini = talented
+David Salganicoff
Yeah.
+ZNA Productions
Hey I was thinking about your "Duck drawing competition." Some photoshop wizard out there will just take the photo and white the Wizard's email on the Sign there email.
That made a lot more sense in my head.

This by far is your coolest build yet. Keep it up Eli!
I stand by this. Still one of the coolest builds for sure, with the tread plate bracers.
Could you run paintball or airsoft with this mask?
+Bryson Wethington
For paintball, I think you'd need more eye protection, like a polycarbonate (e.g. Lexan) panel, since paint could still splatter through perforated steel. It would also need to cover your ears. Personally, I'd leave off the sawblade mohawk, as it could easily snag on branches and stuff.

That or just where some really good trusty glasses under the mask.
+CrimsonSkyz oh and like the other guy said cover your ears.
Fucking hurts getting hit there.
And you can go deaf too
Absolute hands down the best build yet! That is an epic build my friend.
nice meme
ey b0ss
just a prank bro
ohhh lord chinchin
This is the most amazing thing I've seen you make so far. Absolutely incredible job.
Where did you get the Steel diamond plate? I checked all my hardware stores and they either don't carry it or they only have it in aluminum
The Russian Woodworker if you go to home depot or Lowes and ask they should have it there
The Russian Woodworker I just bought some today from Lowes
Aluminum is called diamond plate and steel is called tread plate hope that helps.
good call on that galvanization coating, that stuff'll burn your lungs out, can wait to see your entry, this challenge is going to be awesome
i hope you read this comment mate please answer if you do your wasting gas because you dont have your shroud on and instead of protecting it your just breathing them in. it doesnt take much to learn to weld i mean your action doesnt seem that bad but watch a few how to vids try welding tips and tricks
grayem pepper he, doesn't use a shroud!? What madness is this!
that is what im saying the gas need protecting and the shroud aims the gas to the weld pool
I'm pretty sure that he's using flux core wire, which doesn't use gas.
Dude that is freaking SWEEEET! And don't feel bad about the welding my dad has been teaching me how to weld off and on for about a year now and I still have trouble getting a "good weld". Keep up the good work, can't wait to see more!
Looks a Destiny titan helmet
true
Thy Andychrist nothing better
I was impressed throughout the entire video
you like idubbztv?
+tanner “s” goldy Yeah, it's too bad he's got cancer.
yea its a tragic event man that cake did a number on him
+ZNA Productions WAIT WHAT HE GOT CANCER WHEN THE FUCK DID THIS HAPPEN
+Josh Pike look up hair cake by filthy frank
Glad to see you uploaded another video. I got a little concerened when there was a large break after a video where you performed self surgery.
tbh ur welding on this helment was actually pretty good keep it up
it's all good. everyone knows that days go by when playing fallout 4. keep up the good work :)
I watched a 5 min add without skipping because I can't sub to your patron but I know you need the money, your a great UA-camr
I think the lights off effect is really cool👌🏻
Found your channel a couple of weeks ago and I am amazed. I really hope you go far in life kid and achieve all of your dreams. Avoid the distractions and put your skills to a positive use. God Bless.
Plus the camera thing makes the welding look pretty cool.
Someone sponsor this guy to take a workshop in welding. I cannot asses his abilities but it would definitely boost his confidence with welding.
Great work! I have been watching you for about a year but I have just recently got an account.Keep doing what you are doing. You inspire so many.
ive come to the conclusion that eli is just unconsciously friggin hilarious😂😂😂 love the videos man i always find myself double checking just to make sure there isnt a new post😂😂 by far my favorite youtube channel.

Sawblade headbutt! Awesome build, dude.
You know he's gonna wear this in the zombie apocalypes!
That is the coolest thing I've ever seen.
Good job welding, buddy!
Oh man!! Look at that weld! Soo awesome young man! You're going to be a master welder one day! So proud of you! Keep it up!
So proud... The Inner Dad has met the Outer Me. And now not sure why feeling so epic.
I've paused the video 25 seconds in just to say I love that intro!
I think the welding is actually pretty good
That mohawk is actualy real cool it' protect you from some hits on the top of the head.
This is why i love your channel
I love these videos it makes me sad when they end.
remeber when u said someday u wold be a pro youtuber i think are already one your one of my fav youtubers
Best. Intro.
*EVER.*
This thing is freaking awesome holy shot
"bad" welds or not it's nice to see your progression from rivets, keep it up man I enjoy the vids.
Them eyelashes be riden' first class!
Im am proud of your weld, fellow round-headed polish boy
Nice to see someone practice welding you'll only get better 👍👍
You should build a riot bike, with guards for the wheels and drivetrain. That would look sooo awesome.
Dude...you are a freaking GENIUS!

Dude. I'm excited that your excited
10/10 helmet of the year
Dion Dimucci, good taste in music at the beginning, lad!
I'm proud of you, son. Good job.
Just binge watched a ton of your videos, and i love them. I love how you block out the sound of your tools with music because I have seen some channels that didn't block it out or just left it silent or skipped it and its pretty boring and that's one thing that really grabbed my attention when I found your channel so keep up the good work and I cant wait for the next video ;)
coolest build yet
Wow!! Awesome! This is real art, good job man!
100% you deserve so many more subs for all the effort you but in your builds and creations 10/10 amazing not lying how are u not over 1 mil subs with your amazing stuff love your content keep doing it dont stop good luck with the channel hope it grows so much bigger
awesome bro! remember you don't have to be a good welder! you gotta be a good grinder!
That would make a badass welding helmet
I am by no means good at welding, but to me it looks like your main problem is speed and precision. The most important thing ( Beside your machine being on the right settings and safety of course ) is to go at a steady pace the whole time and to go as straight as possible. We were taught in school to either hold our wrist that held the welder with the opposite hand or to put the welding wrist on top of the other wrist. These are for support so you can keep your hands steady while welding. So final tips, slow and steady wins the race. Your videos are great man! Keep up the good work. Hope this helps!

It could, however, damage the sensor (the actual part that measures the light and creates a digital image from that light. So you had the right idea ;) Love the vids, dude!
