First time I saw them was a tour they were opening for Flogging Molly. I was so hooked, I've seen both about a dozen times since. To of the best pits I've ever been in! Plus, how many bands can say they have multiple people crowd surfing on top of a giant bass drum, while playing it?
I've been to over a 100 concerts including Muse, Linkin park, Bruno Marz, Maroon 5 and more, but the energy from gogol bordello is beyond insane. I've seen them 7 times and I'll go see them many more if I can.

saw them live years ago. such an infectious energy and charisma. the crowd was such a mixed bag of people from all different ages and walks of life but everyone was just partying together. I wish the world was a gogol bordello concert.

My first experience with Gogol Bordello was in highschool, on their coheadlining tour with Flogging Molly, with Mariachi el Bronx opening. I was at the middle barricade spot in the front and was blown away by the energy rolling off the stage. Had no idea who they were going in but within a song they had won me over. The moment that fully made me a fan was a mysterious cover of Another Brick in the Wall into Start Wearing Purple. Happy to see this Tiny Desk get re-uploaded, more people need to see this!
My absolutely favorite concert moment in 20 years of attending concerts is seeing Gogol Bordello at Emo's in Austin, TX during a business trip in 2005. I was deaf for days afterwards but I've been constantly chasing after this experience ever since.

When Eugene kills my companjer and looks around like" you guys are inpossiable" cause they're just sitting/standing there.
