I’d assume this was taken in either October or early November, when we sometimes receive snow but it usually melts, or late March/April. I’m inclined to think October or November just due to the “cold” appearance of the landscape. (Not to mention the video was posted in November, but that’s not always indicative of the recording date)

Kamloops is just this side of desert. There never is.
