    Ankle Sprain Is a common sports Injury which mainly Occur in sports person and athletes but seen in normal individual so When we are walking on slippery and uneven surface or those who are athletes and sports person and doing running and jumping activities and suddenly twists their foot outward which leads to Overstretch or damage to the ligament(Anterior Talofibular Ligament is the commonest one then Calcaneofibular Ligament) which support and provide stability during such foot activities causes pain swelling and brassiness around ankle joint and the patient is unable to move their foot.
    Three Stages Of Ankle Sprain
    1. Grade 1:- Overstretch Of the ligament
    2.Grade 2:- Damage to some fibre of the ligament
    3.Grade 3:- Complete Tear of the ligament
    Early Basic Treatment Of The Ankle Sprain
    PRICE
    P- Protection to The injured part
    R-Rest To The Injured Part
    I- Icing Around the Injured Part
    C- Use Of Compression Bandage
    E- Elevation of the foot by placing two pillow below the foot
    we Have to start the exercises once the swelling and pain start getting relief

    Ankle Toe Pump
    Ankle Circumduction
    Swiss Pall Push
    Weight Shifting
    Calf Stretch
    Heel Raise
