Turnpike Troubadours are a great band. They have so many good songs. The type of band you can listen to their entire catalog without skipping a song. Great reaction!!
This song reminds me of several genres and also reminiscent of several different times in music history. I don't know this band but enjoyed it. The vocals at time reminded me of Dylan. Great reaction Harri. Thanks Harri and Adam.🎄🎅🎅❄️☃️🤶 Hope you Harri and your family have a very Merry Christmas. Thanks for the pleasure each night. Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦
Thanks Harri. These guys are carrying a tradition of Townes and Guy Clark and Steve Earle. Brilliant song writing, great vocals and a helluva band. Right in there with Drive By Truckers and The Gourds.
This song speaks to me too well. I am a duck hunter from tyler, tx. I moved up to norman, ok for the “love of my life” and i am glad I’m running back to Texas because the saying is true “married her and you married her family” and boy oh boy the family was crazzzzyyyyy
This would be more of a two-step waltz than a line dance. Highborn girl, boy from the country... This could be set in medieval England just as well as southeast Oklahoma!
That's what you took away from Harri's reaction? Ignorant? At least he can use contractions properly. Not knowing everything about a band does make a man ignorant. Go on and name ALL of Metallica's bass players without Google. You're (note the contraction) a goof.
Turnpike troubadours is a once in a generation band. Definitely worth giving a listen

Love the Troubadours. Genius story tellers.
Even is an amazing writer. He has a talent for painting mental imagery that is almost unequaled.

Love it, I am the 1st and also love your reactions.
I live in Tahlequah, Ok, Cherokee county. My grandmother was born here in 1902. This is called "Red Dirt Country"
Good Lord Lorrie should get a look.

@@OkiePeg411 Of course it is :) What ever was I typing! (and yes - "Long hot summer day" is a great tune)
Send them live. Everything hangs together as a band. Does tap into REK and GC.
That’s how us Okies get down.
Love these guys. So talented

They haven't been back together that long. The singer battled alcohol for years. Finally got clean
