    I bought a used one off ebay for $275. Looked like someone used it once and sold it. It's awesome!

    That induction tool should be inducted into the induction tool hall of fame. There's plans on the internetz to DIY one a lot cheaper than $400.

    For a professional mechanic this would be very useful on a nearly daily basis. I could justify it as well for a large project vehicle with lots of rusty connectors. Thanks for the display.

    I think I may need one of these as I have a 61 Cadillac Coupe Deville and have 2 manifolds to take off as they are cracked and I know the manifold bolts probably will snap off as very rusty 😂

    I have been thinking about maybe investing in one of these tools. My 165 John Deere lawn tractor has a tire that needs to be replaced - But the left rear wheel is seized onto the axle shaft probably around the key way. I have seen people heat the wheel collar around the axle, But my thought is that all that heat from an oxyacetylene torch would seem to be detrimental to the axle and axle seals even using the heat and quench method. So, If one of these induction coil tools would work- The tool would immediately pay for itself.

    Awesome review! I thought you would've dropped a "Bob" in there somewhere. Now I'll have to have him bring it in to work so we can play with it too!

    Its funny how people say its not cheap. Over $400….🤣 how much is a torch….$400-800 constantly filling tanks. Its heavy. You constantly have to clean nozzles change nozzles.hope you don’t get a leak in the hose or nozzle and then burn yourself or cooking rubber components.. Or other things. (Wiring) If I don’t have to use a torch I DONT. Hate them. This id use all day. Smart small and you can bend the coils for tight spots worth every penny.

    I will be transferring a snow plow off of a 2001 pickup to a newer truck. The undercarriage plow frame mounting bolts have been Upstate NY rust welded to the frame. Can I borrow that tool? LOL!

    Those videos are edited... Every time he use the heater... Just watch carefully and you will notice

    • @QuickSpeedShop
      @QuickSpeedShop  3 роки тому +1

      Actually no they are not edited. Why would I fake using this tool? The only editing was moving the camera around and different takes. Don't believe me then don't buy the tool. And for what it's worth, its nice to have localized heat with this tool then setting everything on fire like you do with a torch.

  • @asterios4888
    @asterios4888 3 роки тому

    But it won't work on tight spots. You got more room with a torch
