WORKOUT DESCRIPTION:
As you can guess by the name of this advanced workout; it will leave your clients SORE FOR DAYS…and yes, they will love it - it’s the good kind of sore! This workout went viral with my crew on our group chat. It’s a true full-body workout experience that can be done in any space and will leave even your most advanced clients sore for days.
We have drills using light weights, heavy weights, and no weights that shock our clients bodies in different ways. Exercises throughout this workout are designed to build muscle, strengthen abs/core, endurance, stamina, power, and agility. It’s hard to believe this madness is all packed into 1 hour. If your bootcamp is outdoors or you don’t have dumbbells for Phase 5, no problem, you can do the exercises without them!

You're awesome...what more can I say! I LOVE your style of training, and pushing clients to their limits in a fun way, with tons of encouragement, is what keeps them coming back! Keep on pushing!
*edit* Please people don't hurt yourself. It's great to push people to be greater, and I used to be on the extreme side of this as far as lifting heavy weights, but even the "camp" type workout is a full intensity workout, and needs to be used sparingly, as in twice a week, maybe 3 times if they are super fit. The body needs rest in order to grow and this seems really tough... which is great... but everyday people will not benefit from this exercise if they think this type of exercise needs to happen everyday. In fact, they will harm themselves if they train this way. Train as in the video 2 or 3 times a week; and the rest of the days you will stretch and go for long walks. Maybe even jog or run but make sure you do not have a tight back from overtraining.
Ya I hear ya!!! this is a once a week kind of workout. No where do I say use it everyday that's for sure. Even pull it out once a month to whip their butts.
