Trivia: You may have wondered where the slaughterhouse is in this video. It's located inside of Shokuniku Market at 7:28. This place is a meat market as opposed to the fish market in Toyosu. I'm not sure individuals can go inside and buy meat.

When I visited Japan for the first time, I stayed in Shinagawa area. This bring back so many memory especially the Shinagawa Station. Thank you for taking us along on this walk :)
I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Thank you so much for watching! 😄
Watching this because of Shin Megami Tensei V. Definitely a cool financial/business district.
Thank you so much for watching! 😄
That's so kind that you explained details of places where you walked, thank you for sharing!
Thank you very much for watching! 😄
When the sky is blue, like in this video, I really feel I'm walking with you.
A very nice walk, Yoshi san. Thank you for taking us with you. 😃
Thank you very much for watching as always! 😄
Shinagawa is the most underrated area of Tokyo.imo
Thanks for the video. It's a reminder to me of how Shinagawa was until not too long ago. It is now changing so much.
More memories. My first job in Japan was at the Prince Hotel in Shinagawa which we see at 22:29, so I know this station and area very well. The tall windows near the top of the hotel is where I worked, which are the bars and restaurants, and those windows give you a 360o view of Tokyo, and you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear day. I think the only thing that is different is that it looks like they tore down the old 1920's hotel that was next to the shrine and put a new building in its place
Every step you take I have taken. It's almost as if I told you how to go. Thanks again.
I remember you said you worked at Shinagawa Prince Hotel before and that inspired me to shoot this video. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thank you very much for watching! 😄
Thanks for this. Such a pleasant meander. Really love the mood created in this. Thanks! : )
Thank you very much for watching! 😄
Thanks for your video! I went to Japan in 2019 and lived in prince hotel for several days. I could see the whole Shinagawa Station just from my room window. Everyday I try to find restruant around the station. That remind me lots of memories
Such a beautiful place to walk, thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much for watching! 😄
Intercity(skyway) impressive. Nice video thanks👍🇯🇵💖
Thank you very much for watching as always! 😄

I love shinagava my home town
I'm glad you enjoyed my video! Thank you very much for watching! 😄
29:15 That Outback Steakhouse right there was the one a bunch of sailors from my command would meet after the ships would return from deployments. After dinner some would venture forth to Roppongi or Shibuya to party until dawn, others would hop back on the train for drinks and kareoke in the Honch.
Wow good to hear that! I can imagine how you enjoyed your Japanese life when you were in Japan.
Never had a chance to see around the station except to transfer.
Thank you very much for watching! 😄
there are lot of hidden nice places you can chill on ur own in Shinagawa ❤️🇯🇵
I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Actually I wanted to go into the slaughterhouse but it's not open fo public.
@@VSV_Japan slaughterhouse?? is it like entertaint house for ppl?
@@lilosenju7796 Actually it's a place where people bring in pigs and cows to make meat. It's hard to believe that kind of place is located in the middle of Tokyo only 3-5 mins walk away from Shinagawa station!
@@VSV_Japan wow thats why it will not be opened for public n this is why i really like ur channel bcus u r so informative. theres like ton of hidden place in Tokyo we want to know n you here try to tell us about that. i hope this channel keeps getting bigger 🙏 thanks man
Our cousin lives in Minato City so we had to go through Shinagawa station to get to Tokyo station..
I haven't been back to this area for a while so I think I should update soon! Thank you so much for watching! 😄
10:00 I remember finding my way here by accident
Красивый город!
Большое спасибо за просмотр! 😄
Now I can't forget about the inner city dead-end 🙈 and 10:59 the light looks like a unicorn horn 🦄 15:55 sound in a distance reminds me of begin of Depeche Mode Somebody, idk whether it is my exhaustion or what else but to see the all normal gives me kind of an eerie atmosphere. Btw I noticed besides carriers only umbrella strollers but no actual prams. Aint that a thing in japan? The shadow on the wall at 26:48 looks almost rockabilly
I'm sorry I didn't understand "Btw I noticed besides carriers only umbrella strollers but no actual prams" part.
@@VSV_Japan baby carriers and collapsible strollers instead of prams ☺️
Good
Thank you very much for watching! 😄
It's all fun and games till Kamata-Kun appears
Thank you so much for watching! 😄 I like Kamata-kun! 😄
big like 45 👍
Thank you very much for watching! 😄
Aqua Park, just a name or an amusement park? 28:10
Aqua Park is an aquarium. I forgot to add its time stamp and its URL so I just did.
