Nothing worse that the bike comes out worse than when it went in. I would still go back even if there is a slight sense of vibration.

I'm going to go to another Yamaha Dealer and take an FJR out on a test ride. That way I'll have definitive proof of vibration or not. There's a dealer on my way to work who has an AS (no clutch) available to test.
