Thanks for the video…. The science of winter kill due to an algae issue was great. I recently camped at Chain Lake for a birthday party at a cabin, I tried some fishing there as well. Lots of algae and there was several spots where they pumped in air, now I know why. Many anglers throwing out worms and bacon that were catching I didn’t get anything until evening on a dry fly.

What year was the partial winter kill that you referred to?
As I recall it was about 4 or 5 years ago.
