They make ideal children adventure play objects. Lets not forget most were built under forced slave labour conditions.
Lets also not forget Germany then had valid grievances considering the Versailles dictate. Which were exploited by the Nazis who could count on the 1918 allied conglomerate and their banks to give them a foothold. To facilitate a war (the Nazis promised) which would have only one outcome no matter how long or bloody. Some emerged not entirely unsatisfied and wouldn't change that horrible piece of history even if they could...Thankfully some are planning again a long overdue major war in the European theatre with Nato's (U.S.) eastward expansionism.
