Building that house from scratch is alone is amazing, and all the comforts that he made to be relaxing for the dog and the birds is wonderful , I wanted to see how exactly the inside was, especially at night,but he didn't video that part, I have enjoyed the video,I usually like watching builders from all walks of the world building in forest, in trees,on water,and using all sorts of material to make houses, I am a elderly woman and I just love watching these videos,thanks for showing us these challenges and hard work, it's very enlightening what anyone with a mindset can do ..Thank you Outdoor builder 👍👏👌✊😄😇🙋❤❤
I don't know if it's the same dog though becuase in his earlier videos he had a full grown shepherd with him and those videos are only a few months older than this one. So I'm guessing he's got more than one dog

All I can do, oh and send him to these types of channels too, to learn.

Now that's a man who can work with his hands, a true talent for a man to make this kind of thing without all the equipment someone would probably use especially this day & age... Great job done well .. We too love the doggy sidekick lol 🫶
This made me think of an epic conversation I had with my roommate in boarding school when I was 17. She and I sat one evening in our room discussing authenticity. We talked about real "gangsters" and real "hippies", versus those who pretend to be so-called gangsters and hippies, but don't actually have the love of the street music/people/life or of nature respectively, in their hearts. Like a real Grateful Dead-head, versus a poser, for example. Someone who follows the Grateful Dead for the show of it to seem "cool", but not out of real love. There is a subtle, but real difference....and not one that really has to be talked about. Most people that authentically love someone or something don't talk about it much, they just do it. Beautiful, peaceful work this man has done.
That puppy is so good. He stayed close to his master and didn’t wander off exploring. You can tell he is a great companion and seems to be in his element enjoying every bit of it.

I always knew one could build a house with a Silky saw. I never leave home without one in my back pocket. This guy, however, took it to a whole different level.
My uncle knew a guy who bought some property to build a house. There was this nice big rock on the property where he wanted to build the house and since it would have cost a bunch he decided to make it the centerpiece of his living room. Once the house was mostly built the workers started talking about seeing an increase in the number of rattle snakes showing up. Turns out under the giant rock was a rattle snake nest. They had to take apart what was already built of the house and remove the rock.

My uncle knew a guy who bought some property to build a house. There was this nice big rock on the property where he wanted to build the house and since it would have cost a bunch he decided to make it the centerpiece of his living room. Once the house was mostly built the workers started talking about seeing an increase in the number of rattle snakes showing up. Turns out under the giant rock was a rattle snake nest. They had to take apart what was already built of the house and remove the rock.

I watch a lot of these type of videos and I always wonder if they’re built on public land or do they buy land
You're probably not the first person to make a shelter under that rock
He was the first to build such an elaborate shelter under that rock. :)
He probably is the only person, as nobody is going to put that much effort into something not on the land they own

As long as I have a house there's no reason to ever have a dog house. My dog's house , is wherever I lay my head.
Watch out for fleas, ticks, mites, and stomach worms.
