- Here is the part 2 tutorial on how to make five new easy but awesome redstone creations to add to and improve your Minecraft home or any other build! I selected these since they take only minutes to build, but still look really cool and function very well!
These redstone videos have been highly requested, and I hope you like it. Feel free to leave any ideas you may have for future videos in the comments. In this video, I will be showing you how to build a personalised dance floor, a laser security door, a very simple water elevator, a hidden entrance and a chest trap.

Two things that I really like about this channel is that he gets straight to the point without useless talking. And he shows what he uses in the thumbnail i.e. no clickbait.

@@mrxray3622 it might be a bug you should report it if it is. But first make sure your setup is correct a beacon needs to be in the center of a 3×3 square of iron,gold,diamond,emerald,or netherite blocks and no full blocks can be above the beacon

That laser door is awesome! Definitely modifying it so the “lasers” turn off when you can go through though

@@bobsdjisparkshots4310 Once you activate the lever, I'd just have that signal push out some pistons that hold solid blocks. They'd push the blocks out into the beacon beam, preventing the beacon from getting sky access, which would stop the beam. Might have to make the beacons be a bit lower in the ground for that though

Modify it so that it makes a green light when you can go through and a red light when you cant

Just got my 8 year old at xbox one for Christmas and an old version of minecraft. We are both addicted to it, I live creating homes (always loved home design as a kid) Thanks to your videos I can now upgrade the dance patio I built in our garden 😂😁👍

I find it really effective if you make a long pit and lava at the bottom, with signs beneath it, water with signs beneath it, then a drop high enough to kill them. It makes them scared, gives them hope then kills them.

I just tried your red stone trap chest and it WORKED! Why I am happy is because most UA-camrs either use a mod or they are playing in a different type of Minecraft, but these are the reasons why I subscribed and also since I subscribed a few days ago, some of the videos and like 2 months old so I don’t know if this video was before or after but I tried another video, “Secret Staircase” and it also worked! I am building it sooner or later in a world in survival and I hope it comes out a good as your did.

Blendigi I have a similar idea for a laser door.......
It makes the lasers look better!
Just dig a 5x3x4 hole and not 5x3x3 and place the iron blocks on the fourth layer. Then place the three beacons and place stained glass on top of the beacons ie. the second layer. Place the gates on top of the stained glass and the repeaters in the same way that you did. Then finally cover them up with carpet and do the same thing you did, making two high iron pillars and topping them up with stained glass.
What this setup does is the the whole lasers appear to be coloured and not just the upper part like in your build.

So for the first one I wouldn't recommend u use the timer he does the flaw is that lots of the time they catch up on each other and it just stops so u should use a hopper clock

@@jurassicgt so basically you just put 2 hoppers down faceting each other then throw one item in then put a compariter right beside it the back has to be touching your hoppers and then as the items jump back and forth it lets out a redstone signal then put a repeater infront of the compareter then it works if u have insta or snap or something I can explain it better
For a better trap chest you can add a comperator connected to a redstone torch so when you take the items the floor opens. That way you don’t see the trapped chest. 👍

Use frost walker boots to avoid taking damage or literally flee before u touch the magma
By the way u can use sticky piston to swap blocks

I made the dance floor and it magically stops working, cant even get it to work again for some reason.
