Very nice tests, you are doing, I like watching these! The 1080 is my go-to ESC, but lately I've been buying a few ESC70, since they are so cheap, and so far been performing well. Also interesting to see the ESC90 and and the one from Radiolink, I had not yet seen reviews on those two. I need to check some more of your videos, mostly I am curious if you got any tests under load? It would be interesting to see how they perform when they get a bit of resistance... Have a good one there!
I'm testing motors next week... few of them are 550 so we'll see the results. I'll try to find the fastest esc motor combo. The week after, I'll gear it down and try using 3s.
I've recently bought a Tamiya rally beetle with the hobby wing esc and torque tuned motor included. I'm trying to decide which 2s battery would be best for it. I'd also need a suitable charger. Obviously I don't want the car to trundle along at 14mph, and I also don't want to fry the esc and motor. Suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
Hey, i am looking for a Infos If hw1080 is good for a streetcar too. I use IT for my crawler and i Love it. But what setings are good for onroad or is it useless.

You will need an T-style to Tamiya adapter as well.
