Apple must have made the tamiya one because who makes a brushless ESC and doesn't make it lipo compatible I'm going to run a lipo battery on it until it burns out and then put in a Traxxas XL5 I love them because they have 100% forward and reverse throttle I had the black generic one I didn't even have it installed in an RC I was testing a motor and the ESC smoked I don't recommend it

So if I heard you correctly the Tamiya ESC which is brushless does not accept lipo batteries which absolutely blows my mind Did Apple make this How do you make a brushless ESC that does not handle lipo batteries

Camber is not adjustable on this set is it?

Les moteurs 550 ont beaucoup plus de couple que les 540, donc pour en profiter il faut changer le pignon moteur, voir la couronne. Sinon ça sert a rien, un moteur 550 12T avec les bon pignon fera aller la RC bien plus vite qu'avec un 540. Il l'on bien compris chez traxxas, c'est pour ça que le brushless n'est pas installé sur toute leur RC.

Tamiya Sport Tuned is the best choice out of those. But there are more good and better options out there. And it's not always about rpm only.

Hey quick thing to save everyone $20 - the Kyosho ESC in this vid WP1625 branded as OEM Kyosho is a Hobbywing Quicrun 1625 25A brushed esc that sells on Amazon or AMain for $20. It is a great all round ESC that I have used in on-road 16th scale cars and has a lot of applications when space is tight in smaller brushed vehicles. I believe Kyosho is charging around $40 for this same ESC without the HW branding.

it took me 3 hours to put these spring on! event when i finished i kinda bent kme od the spring/plate and it kinda sloppy when working... so i put some aluminum foil aand a little cut of shims and put them on the inner side of the smallest spring

I just installed a hackamoto 13t which looks identical to the goolrc 13t I have mine paired with a 1060hw and run 2 and 3s and it's fast as it needs to be

Well that was the hard way but still got it done and they do a better job but still have the Tamiya slop.

Thank you for your channel and great videos. I'm new to RC cars and just recently finished a Deogostini/Keyosho Red Bull R7 nitro build (first build, I'm pretty happy with the finished product). I have been looking at the Tamiya TT02 platform for the versitility of various bodies I'm interested in. I really appreciated your video on the blue anodised parts kit (complete) instead of being nickle and dimed for every single part 😅

Any luck on reversing the throttle?

Picked one up off marketplace last weekend and building it up into a speed run car, pulled the brushed system and dropped in a 5,909kv brushless motor being pushed by an old Associated ESC and hit 74 with it yesterday, few more mods and 100 mph should be no problem. Wish I still had a place to race in my area.

Conclusão: quanto mais T o motor tem, mais rápido ele vai ser, porém vai esquentar mais e vai ter uma aceleração menor, é uma boa tática para deixar um crawler mais rápido, por exemplo, digamos que o motor original do traxxas trx4 tem 35 T, ele vai ter torque, mas não velocidade, e caso eu queria deixá-lo mais rápido, basta colocar um motor do mesmo tamanho, mas com menos T, por exemplo um motor 550 10T da INJORA, bom vídeo, vai me ajudar muito!

Im confused because that esc is rated for 18t and up so how is it not burning up with a 13t?

Would the OS T1204 engine fit into that car directly?

Unloaded wheel rpm is not a real world comparison. Under load if that fastest motor doesn't have the power and tq then it will just slow way down under the load of the car. Meanwhile if the lower speed motor can keep that same rpm under load it may actually be faster when actual speed running then the higher rpm unloaded motor.
