Honestly, I disliked Bret when I was younger. Mostly cuz my sisters gushed over him probably. But, as an adult I've got a lot of respect. For him as a wrestler and as a man. Looking back his matches were seriously top tier and I was just too young to appreciate them

Time has proven Bret is the better man.

It is so satisfying to say in 2024 VINCE SCREWED VINCE

  • @southsudani983

bret needs an updated interview but to be fair he’s exhausted every topic i guess

  • @grawakendream8980

Vince, I would say definitely is well deserving of the dustbin of wrestling history. He's going to be consigned to.

Guys who make it to the top never speak out against the system they had to face cause they think it's not fair for the next generation to not deal with what they had to go through. Bret is the only top guy honest enough to point out that even Amazon workers get better rights than a pro wrestler.

WHAT A LIFE THIS MAN HAD LIVED,,,,, UPS ND DOWNS TOO MUCH ,,,,

UFC implimented the same sort of iron clad contracts for their own company years before TKO ever purchased WWE.

“Bret Hart was happy making $200 grand a year as long as he could put guys in the sharpshooter” ~Scott Hall

Bret you went home after dropping the title.

  • @ivanvalentin3898

Brett said Bischoff was an idiot yet Bischoff gave him guaranteed money to support his family

I Remember The First Tough Enough and I was sent a so called contract and they said in the paperwork that if I wasn't chosen for Tough Enough that They could take my name and likeness and use it for other Wrestlers so I said no I wasn't going to sigh over that to anyone else so they can make money from my likeness or my name oh yeah the WWE was something else back then.....

  • @cyberpunkholiday

I’ve got all the respect for Bret.

  • @user-nf2ri5rn2m

    Tell him I don't need no contracts, I AM ALWAYS AHEAD OF u Vince , I DONT NEED u , u .... NEEDED ME '. 🖐️😎🤚

  • @sanabc1993

It was far more precarious for WWE. They nearly went under and were at risk during the 90s especially when WCW overtook them. Vince could have gone bankrupt. Brett wouldn't have.

Now i know how Steve Austin felt watching a Lance Storm match

UK Smarks for 25 years: Leaving WWF was a mistake. WCW giving him more money than he's even made in his life is not as important as my WWF DVD collection!!!

I've heard enough people say, Bret was never a Money Man, he was happy being a 400k a year Champion in the WWF and no one at the time was paid more in WWF than Bret, WCW was giving out contracts over half a million, If Bret had stayed with WWF, no one would have made any money. I've heard that from Scott Hall
