I wondered the same thing. I guess it's because the 150x is more of an entry-level and the 450 is in a mid-range where most people would say "I rather have a real hi-hat pedal than the simulated one". If the 150x would not exist I assume more of these videos would exist.
Hi there can the kit be connected to ez drummer or other third party paid plugins ? And can the kit itself like heads pads be upgraded, would I b able to add extra cymbals and drum heads in the future?
@@ThomannsDrumBash All the videos you are doing are already awesome. Love the electric drums as I'm considering purchasing a set. Can't make up my mind if the Millennium 750 is worth the extra money than the 450... But I do prefer the acoustic sound 🤪😊
You can see it in another comment and by now also on the product website. ca. 120 x 80 cm (80cm without the drum throne, meaning you should have a little space extra for you to sit. The 120x80 measurement is just for the kit itself)

Greetings! Very interested on this kit (and the module specifically)! I wanted to ask, is this module compatible with roland pads (and cymbals, especially triple zone cymbals and the vh-11 hihat)?
Hi. Can I ask you about its USB use in Ableton or such? Can I plug into my interface and assign it VST sounds and record midi tracks easily or is it trickier? Thanks
Hi! Thank s for the comment. The module has a USB Midi and standard midi port so it should be no problem to use it with your interface and VST Sounds. You might need to install a driver but i'm not sure about that. //Simon
Would it be advicable to spend EUR 90,-- more on the MPS-750X, which is a little newer and has 4 10" dual zone pads and bigger cymbals also with 2 and 3 zones. No experience at all and an absolute beginner.
@@michischmid8760 Hi Michi. Sorry for getting back to you so late. The measurements of this kit are: Width:120 cm Depth (without Drum Throne): 80 cm All the best, Simon
Hi Oscar. The Tom and Cymbal Pads are pretty quiet. Should be no problem. Since the kick pad also has a mesh head the impact should also be very quiet. To reduce vibration you can build a little absorber from a wooden board and tennis balls cut in half that you put underneath the pad and pedal. //All the best, Simon
Thomann's Drum Bash Thank you so much for the answer!!! I planned to do so with the board and the tennis balls, I just wanted to make sure about the noise level. This will really help me to make a decision!! All the best to you friend
How is the reaction time when you play with an actual double base pedal? I used to have an ols alessis kit and the module could not keep up with my speed.... Made the strangest noises lol one pedal sounded like a Tom and the other like a kick drum...
Hi, is it possible to set the pads so you can turn up and down the volume of every pad separately as need it? Do you know if the "millenium mps 150 mesh" can do it aswell? Thanks for the video!
Hi Sarah. Sorry for the late reply. The module doesn’t have volume faders for that. But if you‘d like to put in the work you can adjust the volume of each sound on the different pad. //Simon
Honestly kind of a bad review because you failed to mention that the snare and toms are all duel zone, the crash is dual zone with choke, and the ride is triple zone with choke
Please, make a video about Millenium MPS-750! Thanks!

the sound is good , thank you
Can i connect it to my phone or some device and play Over the song? Thank you!
Yes. It has an audio input.
Yo! Chino Moreno on the drums!
I like this Drum Kit. It has an amazing sound bank. Can you add more toms or cymbals?
Good testing!
you can add 1 more tom and one more Cymbal. It hat 2 additional Inputs on its Drum Modul.

It's possible to add our own double bass pedal?
I'd love to see a demo of this kit unplugged. I'm concerned about irritating my neighbours.
There are several about the other millenium drumsets.
As they should have the same mesh heads the sound should be equal or at least comparable.

Do enyone know where can I find the driver for the module in order to connect it with my laptop ?
I might get this one for my birthday. Is it possible to add a stereo or even 3 way cymbals to this?
Hi Luuk. Unfortunately it's not possible. //Simon
Does this kit support double kick in any way?
Yes it does. You can use a double pedal or you just use your hihat pedal as the second kick pedal.
