I went for IN OFFICE microcurrent treatments for years. Switched to the Trinity about a year into the pandemic. I'm pretty much back to where I was pre pandemic. This is the type of thing where you can use it for a while and might not feel like it's doing anything. Then when you stop for several months you look in the mirror and go uh oh. 😁

I felt a shock while using this. Is that normal or am I not using enough of the gel?
The Very simplified explanation is: You are not using enough gel/spreading it evenly enough across your treatment area. An even surface of gel acts to "spread out" the current over a larger area, so you should not feel the low current. When you don't have enough gel or no gel, the current coming from the device is more "focused" into that one spot and not spread out, so you will feel the current more.
Should we wash the face after and then put moisturizing, cream and sunscreen?
Is there a good face mask to apply before that gives benefits when using the device? And any masks that would be great for after? Such as a skin brighter mask, nighttime masks for who you do this before bed? Any type of under eye masks to use before and after that help with puffiness you may have prior? What about a great facial cream to use after to keep for lasting longer results.
I just received mine and can't wait to start using. I also ordered a product very similar to the one you showed you apply before using.
Hpw about for double chins? And the brow specifically?
is it safe to use the device on neck? i already have a nuface and in the user manual it says you should avoid thyroid area.
We suggest following the manual's instructions.
Don’t start in the middle of the neck like she does. The manual says off center
Should the device stay on when pushing down the button to be on? Mine is fully charged and does not.

Can u use ultrasound gel?
Yes
Can you use a serum or face oil in lieu of the gel primer?
Not an oil. You need a water-based gel or serum (so the first item on the ingredients list should be water). Ultrasound gel works fine.
This is NOT how nuface recommends using it on the neck
My face was twitching even on low setting while using it so stopped using it. Don't know if it's normal or not.
Did you continue to use ? Mine twitches all over it kinda freaks me out

It’s normal
Me too, so weird. I used for the first time, and my eye muscle started to contract very strongly and I also saw light flashes on the highest level. When I turned on the lower level it was gone but still quite visceral prickling and slight twitching. I only felt it when I went on the side of my face, on the forehead I felt almost nothing. But I think it's normal to feel a bit of twitching. It just is super weird sensation. When it is painful, I would certainly stop.

Are you to feel anything while using? It just feels cold.
You should feel slight tingling or prickling sensations. I even got mine the first time on the higest level the first time I used and I felt a lot! So I turned to the lower level. Better to start low and slow. That's what I found out.
I have used this type of machine and the results don’t last.
It’s just like going to the gym, you have to do it consistently for results to build and remain.
