Too long :( 3-5mins is still fine... 10min if there's a story and arch and enough contents... 20min is a bit... Nothing else's wrong with the demo as such...
Yeah 20 minutes is a bit long, but I like to include the full music and scrollers. I add timestamps so that people can check out all the content easily.
