Wow this is an amazing demo! Really glad the Dune crew got together to finish his!
I'm glad as well, such a great demo.
Incredible to see what people were doing with the Atari ST 30 years ago.
May the Atari ST and STE live another 30.
Lovely!
Thanks, old school demo!
Another excellent demo from Dune
This is insane talent
Awesome demo! Excellent job.
Dune didn't disappoint with this one.
This looks soo good.
Am I the only one who sees Matt Wagner’s Grendel influence here?
Interesting. The actual inspiration when i did the comic part was Jae Lee's run on submariner.
Great Sound progging at 4:30!
This is on a stock Atari 520st? Wow one of the best I have seen for the ST. I am more familiar with the Amiga; but on the Atari ST you have no copper list right? So it is like the C64 where you have to do vertical blank interrupts and check scanline register.
This demo requires more than 1MB of RAM. The ST has no custom chips like the Amiga does
@@zeusgb The actual demo should run on 1MB but, as written by ST Ghost in the end scroller, there are some serious bug in memory management that could prevent that.
Lame stuff. And I'm an Atari fan. I could try harder.
outstanding
I really enjoyed watching this demo again after so long
