It’s just beautiful Andrew 🥰 I will definitely visit when I have my RV. It’s very similar to a little England with the impeccably cared for gardens and scenery. How exciting as I feel that I could live here for most of the season. I don’t see too many children but what lovely people. Are animals permitted?
This has gone to the top of my list of places I want to experience.
What happens during the winter months?
Many thanks to everyone who took part in this video especially to Andrew.

You keep referring to these places as "RV Parks" or "RV Resorts" when they are neither. This resort, along with others you've done videos on like Pacific Shores on the Oregon coast, is called a "Motorcoach Resort". There is a huge difference in that these places do not allow fifth wheels, bumper pull trailers, truck campers, or tent camping anywhere in the park. The amenities are typically far more luxurious as well.

amazing landscaping. got to hand it to them it looks great. and amazing they had the vision where people would spend $300k-$500k for an acre of essentially undeveloped land that is not lakeside... and where people will only use it for 4 months a year. lolol. congrats to them, i have seen undeveloped land in muskoka (by gravenhurst and bracebridge - no lake views) sell for $10k-20k an acre which was great off lake cottage land in ontario. for $500k usd i would expect to get 20-60 or more acres (prices obviously change a lot depending on many factors). i should have gotten into the motor coach resort business :D

I would like to also see nice special places..safer nice well managed ones that a beginner can try...ie. that great one in Oregon close to Marathon and the nicer ones next to Casino you showed us. I just think there is a huge market that does not really want to boondock...but wants to start at what 100,000 very nice used RV can do and maybe even buy a lot, and then move up.

Two things not mentioned: Kirk's energetic sons and wife, who along with several other devoted young people keep this place going. And, exciting new developments centering around the country club facility, here. On a personal note, part of the reason I enjoy this area is lack of angry partisans that plague Texas. My gratitude to your editors for deftly filtering out the two lone exceptions to the inclusive atmosphere that prevails here. I was cringing when he brought up the rates to and had possible prices in my head then he throws those numbers out and I’m like damn I could afford that. Amazing place
We need so many more places like this around the country

You just need a million dollar coach to “camp” there 😆

You can have fun without that kind of dough. Buy your own acreage. I have 5 acres in the country with hills and creeks and lake bear by. Less than $20,000 !

First time watching a video by you. I appreciate your energy and the filming was shot nicely. Of course you had gorgeous content. I agree with some of the comments which speak to your title including the word “RV” resort. Very quickly I noticed this resort won’t be found near Quartzsite. Also these “motor coaches” would not be caught dead in Quartzsite 🤣☠️😂

1:00 - That looks just like the frog statue John Oliver bought. He has some competition in the frog statue-based currency market I see.
