Took the Marathon H3 there last year. The roads into/out of Geneva on the Lake with rig that size are sorta/kinda "questionable at first" until you get to know it a bit and figure out you can do it. It's a nice resort. One nicer quality is the spacing of the lots. Nothing too special about the place other than exclusive and nice spacing. Stayed there for a week in September last year. Great place to go and do absolutely nothing. Water features on some lots are also a perk.
Andrew have you visited the Hilton Head Motor coach resort ? We always enjoyed living there a lot The fact that every site is surrounded by mature trees, some are lakeside and you’re 15 minutes from a beautiful beach and many fantastic golf courses, and it’s class A coaches only.
Nice video. We stayed there just this past summer and overall really enjoyed the area. The size of some of the "coach houses" here is crazy, they're giant homes with a place to park your coach in the driveway. Everyone was friendly and I'm sure we'll visit again some day!

If I paid 2.5 million for a Motor Coach Id want a nice heated garage to park it in... not on a slab out in the weather ... but that's just me
What I see that this place is missing each lot needs a canal to go to Lake Erie so people can park their boats right on their lot. And you can mix yachting and sailing with RVs and luxury real estate.
I would suggest a private runways as well. Growing up I had a few friends his parents had airplanes. That would probably be something that you would need for sure if you’re selling million dollar lots.
they aren't million dollar lots per se, but with cribs on top of them, they approach that value (again, not sure why). Nothing too special about them either way that makes them worth $500++ per sq ft.
Likely, yes. I have seen them that high. That's why the rentals are high too. We only "rent" spaces. Too many places to go and see to be tied down otherwise to one area year around and locked into crazy fees when not there.
Not understanding why asking someone who's selling the lots is "hard questions" You're just getting info to pass on to ppl that might be inclined to purchase.

I hear all these people say the same thing over and over... "Investment" as if they buy and try to flip lots... These RV resort sales people have done a good job selling people dreams while taking their money ...
Every resort I've stayed at was people sitting in their coaches watching TV. LVM, in 'Vagas'.... I was playing guitar with a neighbor who creates all the music for South Park. Acoustic... we pissed off another neighbor by 9:30pm. 30 minutes before quiet time. My experience is Groundhog Day. Some resorts that have bungalows, you're not allowed to sleep in them. Basically, they are pretty parking lots with huge HOA fees. Buy land north and south. Build a barndominium and have 3 or 4 spots for friends. No HOA fees. Pee in your own bushes. Or become a swinger in several swinger RV resorts. Yuck...
@@COO415 Nothing reasonable about a $200K postage stamp lot, except for the fact that we have now all convinced ourselves that this is the new norm and is reasonable. There lots are not worth that even with all the site improvements.
Thanks, that is exactly a fair comment. I kept thinking that whole week we parked there. Just a great idea but not very positioned without having to drive and also drive through some very tight roads to get there.

I love the tours of these luxury motorcoach resorts! Great job Andrew. Keep them coming!
I'm loving this new content. The in-depth reviews of the high-end converters, plus the motorcoach resorts are fantastic.
Absolutely incredible RV resort.
WOW. This place is lite. Love it. I don't know about the 9.30pm curfew time.
We loved it there! All around great experience.

We did ask if you’re allowed to build a “port home” here. They said no one had asked yet, but they’re always open to discussing those ideas.
OMG! This is OG Andrew Steele! Love it Andrew. More of THIS type of content please!

A whole lot of money for something that’s to cold in the winter-NO 🤷♀️❄️
Its 20 minutes from where I live.
Andrew visited a couple years ago when it was called Hearthside Grove Lake Erie.
why did they change the name??

What happened to heartside grove lake erie?
Did I hear right? The HOA fees here are $4,200.00 a year?
Likely, yes. I have seen them that high. That's why the rentals are high too. We only "rent" spaces. Too many places to go and see to be tied down otherwise to one area year around and locked into crazy fees when not there.
Downside, you can't stay there in the Winter.
Do giveaways where you let people stay at RV resorts in luxury motor coaches.
OUTSTANDING ; o .....
🤩😀
Motorcoach's transported to dubai

You made it sound so depressing. Some elements of truth but it's not that awful. Entry lot for $200K, is reasonable and customize it to your taste.
@@COO415 It's not for me.
😂
Sadly, this sums it up pretty much when you visit these places......LOL. And we own a larger Class A rig too.

Andrew, you have said other resorts were your favorite, now this?? Brads place is no longer your fav??

Chad says hello from DFW.
@@imike0367 Hi Chad
He asks about advice... the only think you need to live here is lots and lots of money....
too funny.....but 100% spot on.
When I tell people I would consider living in an RV, they assume homelessness. I assume half $1 million lot. With hundred thousand dollar coach.
You mean million dollar coaches right? No hundred thousand dollar coaches here
Yes, we do it and it is anything you want to call it.....but it is not homeless. Coaches are cost of a house, only with wheels.
I could live there beautiful
Why is it just Class A? What about Super Cs…. Most Super Cs are more expensive than Class A and missing an entire market.

I’m taking classes for my Iowa real estate sales permit.
This used to be called Hearthside Grove Lake Erie.
wonder why they changed the name..??? anyone know??
Sold off their properties in Ohio and Florida. Still own one in upstate Michigan. All are exceptional and exceptionally overpriced.
This place is a good idea in the wrong location.
Just my opinion
