Honestly, I was genuinely surprised at how good Abiotic Factor was. From my first impression I thought it'd be janky as hell, but after actually playing it and seeing all the things the update added, I can tell the dev teams genuinely interested in making it the best game they can.
20:46 is DOES just keep going, you need the Diving Suit it actually progress down there. There IS something down there but it's not an enemy but I won't say more.
my favorite part about this update is how we go into the neurowhatever, smash the fuck out of ALL those orbs, only to find several, perfectly good ones in the respawning snow area

There is actually something at the bottom of the ink well. I won’t say what but you have to dive for a while to find it, and I recommend getting a diving suit to do so.
The comments about some people not feeling hungry is so real. I don't have a functioning appestat (the thing that controls your hunger) so I can go for almost 2 days before my stomach just feels intense and uncontrolled pain, it also doesn't tell me when I'm full so I have to be conscious about the sheer volume I can eat. It's really weird

I had been homeless for almost 7 years after my partner committed suicide, lose my job because I was suddenly underperforming and my "excuses weren't good enough." And so I decided that was a good time to have a full on breakdown, didn't take long before reality and clarity began to come to me in the snow "Hey yeah, this sucks and I want to get back on track" But my local government decided I wasn't vulnerable because I didn't have a criminal record nor any alcohol or drug addiction issues (Wish I was joking, you'd think having to sleep under a rat infested multi-story car-park occasionally getting bitten or waking up with one the size of a medium cat in your sleeping bag trying to get warm, getting attacked, urinated on by drunk idiots or having your tent set on fire while you were asleep inside would qualify as being "vulnerable" or my mental health at that time, but no. ) But not only knowing that at the end of a long, depressing day my phone and power bank would be charged, I'd have enough money for a bit of food and a doctor pepper or similar, something as a treat - SOMETIMES I'd manage to get a cheap bed and breakfast for a night!, Knowing that when I'd get "home" I could put my headphones in, and watcj your videos sideways on an old cracked Iphone 5 screen (Still using it as a phone because phones are expensive lol) and I'd get to laugh, disconnect from where I was or what had happened in my life, and feel like I was sat in my room or my office, eating a home cooked roast dinner, pissing myself laughing until I'd eventually go to sleep still feeling like I was home, indoors and warm, there were a few times where I wanted to join her and I came close but the kindness of strangers (mainly kids as they don't judge, they just see a sad man who's been soaked by the rain- One little girl who must have been around 8 read my sign and jumped over it and gave me the tightest hug she could and I broke because I was just going over the details in my head how I was going to end it that night) and there were times I was thinking about it and you actually just talked about depression and got deep for a moment, I forget what video it was I've tried finding it again to save it for sentimental reasons because it was what I needed to hear that night. Sorry for the rant but I just wanted to let you know how much your content and your heart has helped me at the darkest point of my life. I've been off the street for 5 years, healing and getting into shape, therapy, every month is a struggle staying fed and paying bills but I'm surviving, and working towards soon thriving. Yo, being an animation snob i usually was skipping intro animations for your vids but this one was genuinely impressive, the progress is huge. Gonna watch them from now on for sure

I watched your Dark Souls one and i saw the vision, but the skills were not up to the task. Here, the limited movement of the model and good camera work makes your work shine. As i said im huge animation snob, be it 2d or 3d so it's hard to impress me, but seeing how much work you had to put into animation throughout this year the progress is night and day and i respect the grind. Again, love you to death, didn't mean to demotivate you

I'm sure this has probably already been commented somewhere but the x-ray tower gun just stuns the reaper which gives you a chance to get the essence whereas the laser weapons just despawn him, I tested it myself when the update released

hay jfj it looked like you restarted your whole play threw sense last played, little heads up you don't need to restart when updates drop you just need to update the game then play on any save you want. The only issue with playing on saves before the update is that texture will look funny for 2 hours because the lighting map is messed up.
I'm glad J is as terrified as me in this update, for a game that is not horror-oriented, both sectors made me shit my pants especially diving in Hydroplant.
