I am very impressed with their wok skills.... But more so, I am impressed with their training and observation of food safety & hygiene.... Gloves on at all times, wok washed and scrubbed in between orders. Spatula never left lying around on dirty surfaces and even the wok brush have a designated plastic tub to rest in..... Very good indeed..... This is what I call - 5 star chef🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍👍👍👍👍
