Great video. I am Asian and will tell you right now, most of us don't even know how to use a wok properly either. Looks like they are having fun, and skills can be improved with the right attitude.
I'm impressed by her ability to dump the contents of the wide wok into the small carton. If it were me, half would be on the floor.
@Simba king Only in comparison to my own moderate skills. I'm sure you can throw the wok contents three feet in the air and moonwalk while doing this and never spill a drop.

@@mikehuang0755 It's sort of a half empty, half full thing. I make a double batch, and feed two dogs in the bargain. It's not the spillage as much as the careful planning.
No need to be impressed that little box's opening is designed to take the content of the wok without spilling. Take a close look again.

Man, didn't expect to see that in London. By the look of it, I believe the food would taste authentic. An important aspect of Chinese/ Asian stir fry is the "wok Hey", literally, "the heat of the wok fire" and they seem to handle it correctly. Exactly like what the chefs in Asia would do... I dare say this would taste way more authentic than most of Gordon Ramsay's Chinese/Asian stir-fry... and the way both of them handled the kitchen, especially the way she mops the floor- It's sooo Chinese... 😂
They got this down to an art for sure, good upper body work out!

one thing that I think never crosses the mind of the cook in many part of south east asia is that they never think about using the hard paper container instead of plastic.
Its a choice to use plastics. Mainly because of cost.
Plastic is much more cost efficient.

Its all about the different type of caramelization caused by very high heat. Thats the main reason why Western-style of stir-frying using household burners would never create that sort of “high heat aroma” which is a HALLMARK of top class Oriental stir-frying.

The only way to get a bit of wok hei with a Western household burner is with a smaller (12”-14”) flat bottom Mandarin style wok and work with smaller portions/amounts of ingredients at one time to avoid overcrowding the wok and drawing the heat out too quickly, which instead of searing the outside of the protein of choice and locking in the moisture, it will let the moisture come out and into the wok and more poach the protein. You would have to let the wok get hot enough to smoke any residual oil on the wok’s inner surface before adding ingredients. I had to do this while we were in an apartment temporarily that had a weak gas range and forbid the use of any gas on the outside balcony, so I was stuck with a 12” flat bottom wok and portable induction burner, with cardboard laid out to minimize oil splatters. Now in a home with side backyard space, I have a commercial grade propane wok burner on a cart for outdoor use that puts out high heat which produces restaurant-quality wok hei with my well-seasoned wok. I am still developing wok tossing skills, which is helpful when working with delicate chow fun flat rice noodles vs. a spatula/‘wok chuan’ that can break up the chow fun during cooking.

Ok, I'll answer my own question, in case anyone is interested:
In another video dated 2016 I was able to see prices. Base is £3.95, £1-2 per ingredient, £0.45 topping, sauce and egg are free. So, it is about £8.
