You can do it ☺️
Nice! Just like the street vendor stalls I’ve seen in traveling around Southeast Asia. They seem to exhibit good techniques, too. I have a commercial grade propane wok burner on a rolling cart and well seasoned woks, plus a rolling prep cart, at home that I use outside to do Asian street food-style cooking in the backyard. I’ve been cooking that way for some years but I’m working on improving my wok tossing technique and learn other dishes from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, etc. the commercial grade burner creates some very good ‘wok hei’ essence similar to that of Chinese restaurants and Asian street food vendors. I’m just about to setup my backyard ‘hawker stall kitchen’ now to cook some fried rice using leftover Chinese restaurant white rice and some shrimp & chicken.
Thank you for watching & your comment.
Wishing you success in your cooking 👍🏼

Aha, it's from the oil

@@vincentiusricky9281 Yes cooking oil :)
Came from the oil and the water. Try it. You'll loved it
The same thing with “Don’t use water to put out fire” - You get a fire like what you see here except this is what you want, to fry.

Chow main
MISSED OPPORTUNITY !!! For the first one, you should have had the cook fry the tofu alone in a deep pool of oil (almost like deep frying) until crisp and chewy, then everything else. This gives the tofu, a deep golden flavor and meat like texture.
Andrew Jackson philippine flag pa sa kamay haaaa
we will wok you??
