Really clean and nice
From which engine is the power steering pump in the video?
i love this idea do you make it for right hand drive cars?
Yes, we do!
I’m sure this kit would work on an em2 with a k20 swap? Shit looks sick
Need this for a k series in a e30. would be cool if chase bays could offer it complete or if we could order a kit with custom hose lengths.
Damn that’s clean 👍
This is fuckin sick!
👌yes!!!!!!!!
So u delete the pressure switch sensor?
Do you know if the Tsx pump uses the same hose size?
Would this work on a em2 k swap?
My power steering rack has 3 hose connections instead of 2. It’s a 95 civic, how does your kit work in that situation?
You need to plug the first on the left. No need for that
@@trdbus4769Man, thank you 🙏
@@carsinruin6102 no problem, the thread is M12x1, you can use a dedicated flare cap or a d-series flywheel bolt.
Does anyone know if this would work in a del sol?
Hi, I have a 99 civic si with a k24a engine and 00 Integra subframe. Would this kit work with my setup?
Yes!
would this work on a manual rack > meaning would this convert a manual EG steering rack into PS rack?
No, the steering rack are completely different.
Looks like it’ll possibly work for the Rsx chassis as well ? If so let me kno !
We couldn't say for sure, as it was designed to work with Civic and Integra only.
does it only work in fwd situations? or is it possible to adapt it to like a s2000 rwd type of setup. does it keep the factory ac?
This particular kit is designed for civic but may work for S2000 but we couldn't be 100% sure. However on civics it doesn't effect AC
Do you need to run ep3 idler/adjustable pulley or will this eliminate the need I will also be running a/c
The car we installed this on didnt have ac so we aren't sure about that.
What did you guys do for hood clearance? Or what do you do for power steering pump hood clearance on k20a2 in 95eg
We had no issues with hood clearance.
@@ChaseBaysTV interesting I got my k20a2 in everything fits but don’t have hood clearance over the power steering pump.
@@trevorlocati4341 I'm guessing you're meaning the reservoir is what is giving you hood clearance issues. Like i stated above we didn't run into that but you can modify the bracket to make it shorter to give you a bit more room.
@@ChaseBaysTV I have the reservoir relocated. The actual pulley and even the top metal of the psp hits as well. So even doing a smaller pulley will not suffice. I would still have to cut the hood.
So will this not work with a 96-00 civic k swapped with a k20a2
It will not. We are working on a 96-00 Kit.
Is there a power steering cooler option available for DA Integra / B Series ?
Not at this time.
Are the fittings universal within hondas, the ones that go into the rack to convert to AN? will this fit 04-08 tsx chassis?
we aren't sure if they would work on tsx rack.
@@ChaseBaysTV I’m trying to do a simple power steering delete loop on my rack, with a vented reservoir can in the middle .. any help or suggestions? I’ll be removing the oem fittings and using a thread guesser tool to determine the size soon anyway. I’ll keep it updated.
@user-hh4hc2lt6e did you ever figure it out what's needed , I want to loop my rack too but what happens to the power steering pressure switch?
@@HTSx562 in my case i deleted the high and low pressure power steering lines and then 2 adapters to convert to AN fittings and then i used a Chase Bays civic ps delete kit. I made a custom mount by bending/ cutting/ reshaping the existing chase bays bracket. I had bought an extra different bracket. The 92-95 civic and 96-00 civic kits are the same except one has slightly longer lines. I don’t remember which is which but i got the one with longer lines. The mounting was the hardest part tbh. I cut the ps lines at the rack with pipe cutter pliers. And then i could put a socket to remove the remaining line that’s screwed into the rack.. hope that helps. Lmk anything else
Will this work for an ek k swap with an K20A pump?
We don't think so.
Will this work on k24a
If the PS pumps are the same. yes.
քʀօʍօֆʍ 😕
Make a kit and sell it
We do.
