@@zingwibrothers19:47 Generally, that fish chutney is very tasty and not that spicy..Normally only a little spice is added in it to balance the taste to give one the best taste of it but some people add more spice according to their own taste and preference and you happened that in that place 😅...The spicyness depends on the person who is preparing it..Overall, if you travel to whole of Meghalaya, you won't find the fish chutney to be that spicy..It is also one of the best traditionally made chutney.

Western media talks about carbon emission in India but never showed how India preserved nature so preciously. Other countries do not have so much greenaries and remote places where no pollution has made it's strive. From the city of god Kerala down all the way to extreme south to heaven of earth Kashmir and Himalayas in extreme north, from huge desert in west to only second to Amazon beautiful northeast where abandoned nature cuddles with our soul, from the beautiful Arabian Sea in lower west to Bay of Bengal and Sundarban delta in east, Andaman & Nicobar Islands in the middle of Indian ocean. India is full of treasures when it comes to natural beauty. So many languages, so many cultures, so many cuisines, so many religions, so many types of livelihood, it just never really ends. From extreme hardships to modern citylives people have every opportunity to blossom in so many ways. Neighbouring countries like Mayanmar, China, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tibet, Taiwan could have been this much beautiful if they did not had political tensions based on hard-core dogmas. Its takes centuries to build all this while few moments to destroy everything. All thanks goes to India's visionary leaders in the past. Bonne Voyage....
