In my opinion, there are very few bands that have a vocalist who is capable of pulling off an all rounded sound with screams, growls and harmonics.. Much like Killswitch Engage. And these guys are absolutely amazing. Love their sound. It is what I look for in band of this genre. A band that can grind out heavy riffs, partnered along side of up beat drum rhythms and phenomenal vocals. These guys are a perfectly all rounded sound that hits all of the aspects I look for in this style and genre. And they do it extremely well and excel in the areas where most bands who attempt to pull it off fail.
And these guys are absolutely amazing . . . Really ??? tell me why i dont like them never did and never will ? in my opinion they sound like white noise 0.o
You really should check out Soilwork then, you will love them I guarantee it. Yeah they are melodeath but melodic metalcore (like this band) heavily borrows riffs from melodeath and honestly even for me who has been melodeath fan for more than a decade the difference between those 2 sometimes is quite hard to notice.

These kind of bands fuel my runs and helped me lose 50 pounds. I still have "Never Say Die" and "Home is Where the Heart Is" on my mp3 when I go running.

i can understand why but i don't think that it is the reason why they hate, but the problem i find in metalcore is that i can barely differentiate one band from the other, but i don't really care about it and i still love metalcore

I was a kill switch engage fan for years, I grew out of five finger death punch and I can tell you right now any given day blows both of them out of the water with their sick guitar riffs, badass breakdowns, amazing screams as well as the beautiful clean vocals. It's an amazing balance. Could be almost on the level of as I lay dying but we'll have to see. But so far one of my new favorite bands. Hopefully they tour the United States.

Michael Kaczmarek KSE with Howard was the pinnacle. But now Jesse has kinda made KSE crossover into his Times Of Grace type style. Nothing wrong with Times Of Grace. AGD is a more pure KSE type band than KSE is now.

Sehr sehr GEIL ! Ihr könntet aber soviel mehr machen! Wenn man euer Acoustic Song hört, merkt man was da für ein Potential ist. IMHO ist da Luft nach oben. Buried in Verona haben es vorgemacht und fahren eine eigenständige MC Schiene. Mir würde es abwechslungsreicher besser gefallen. Die cleane Stimme von euch kann SOVIEL und ihr könntet so ein Mörderspektrum abdecken, das selbst KSE zittern muss.
