I've been concentrating on the videos using weights but see now that resistance bands will also meet my needs in terms of building bone and muscle. This is so important to many seniors and I really appreciate what you do! Just wanted to mention too that I love the resistance band I ordered from your site!
I have no confidence I am doing these correctly! Do I adjust length for maximum resistance? Or for some exercises use a higher strength band? Or… ?? Not enjoying. If not enjoying won’t do!
