    About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
    Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

    Love this! It was challenging but my body feels relaxed and rejuvenated. The inclusion of repetitions waa helpful and I hope you can do more of these types of workouts. Thankyou! 🙏💗

    Wow that a hard workout I did as much as I can but I horrible balance and week ankles so it’s so hard to hold still but I’m proud myself doing it. Do have any exercises for balancing and straightening your ankles

    This was amazing! Thank you for your workout videos! I love them. I definitely need to continue working on my balance. I found the arch in my feet getting sore. Any tips?

      That’s normal, it just means it’s a little weak. Come back and do this workout again. It’s important to remember to get out of those clunky shoes that weaken our feet.

    Wow, feeling amazing after this one!! Strong yet shaky 🫠 lol trying to improve my balance so this was perfect!! 🤌 (chef's kiss) and I love using the block for that added burn + it/you helped me so much with learning proper form of the arms/shldrs in the first exercise!! You are just an incredible trainer 😍 Looking forward to more of these!! Sending lots of love from Florida 💌
    Ps-the lil "whoo!" when it was really burning-haha too cute!! 😂 (Mine was more like uuugghh 😖 trying not to fall over while doing these last few 😋) + hearing the waves in the background-beautiful!! 🥱
