@@peternicholas2393 Thank you for this. I am more than fond of both jazz and cooking; you have pointed me to a notion of combining the two. Jazz can be exciting, beautiful, baffling. Now it can be sweet, savoury, sour etc. I am listening to Charlie Rouse right now - ham and eggs with tabasco.
