It's directed like an advertisement and edited like a music video but great special effects, a nice sense of humour and the soundscape was epic. Sounds amazing on expensive headphones.
Thoroughly enjoyable! The humour worked, and the best test of all - I actually started to "care" about the characters, and that's what makes a film worth watching. Make more!
When this video was uploaded I was 9 years old...got my first internet connection when I was 11 years old and on 2021 I'm watching this...now I'm 16...goin to be 17 after few months...damn this is really epic! SOMEBODY GIVE THESE GUYS A MOVIE DEAL! I never comment on anything, but I feel COMPELLED to make one here. Love the cinemetography--great POV shot dropping the cell phone back into bag...it catches you, as you don't see it used that way, and the final fight scene setup / shot was EPIC. I would consider it to be right at homne in the MARVEl MCU...it was just...FUCKING FANTASTIC. The writing / story was GREAT! It's truly lacking in modern professional movies these days. Even the music was great. WTF are these guys doing shooting movies for youtube??? They should be doing this professionally!!!!

From when I am in time watching, this vid was uploaded 8 years ago. But short as it is, it's awesome! The galactic war between Pleiades (The Nordic babe) and Alpha Draconis (the rep) with Earth in the middle was depicted so well. Great Show. Wish they made it into a series though...

That was awesome. Brilliant digital effects. Would've been more realistic if the aliens were telepathic, the spacecraft was disk or cylinder shaped (looking like it was fashioned from a single piece of metal, not manufactured parts assembled around a frame) and silent in their propulsion. And yes, I am saying that this short film is not far from stuff that is really happening.
I think I've seen this before. Well done short. I also like how he was gathering wood to build a fire for their campsite located a short distance behind the sign seen at 6:00 that says "No camping. No fires." :)
Very nice, your production had a fine beginning an excellent story that kept you intrigued and ending that completed the story with a possible part 2. So many of these short Films leave you somewhere in the middle of the production and they call it the end. I will subscribe in hopes of seeing more. Thank you

The Reptile like guy looked like he was wearing a Super Mandalorian armour and weapons, and the alien chick that looked like a real life version of Rei Ayanami was extremely beautiful! I also like the part where the guy gets powers, he looked sort of Super Saiyan and I even thought he was going to turn into the green Ranger or something at one point. Indeed a very good movie!
I liked it, very well done. The reptilian effects were worthy of a big budget production and the story was tight. I have to add that Francesca Gandolfo was wonderfully alien in the role, almost angelic with Elena Cucci being utterly believable. (And almost impossibly stunning) Well done everybody, a terrific job. When is Part 2 coming out?

Audio and visuals are excellent, this audio is better than some of Hollywood Atmos movies! this movie proves the point, it is far more important than the way the movies audio soundtrack is mastered rather than what audio decoding ones using (atmos, dts-x etc) !!! My OLED/AV would like to you for what it's been searching for!

At first blush, I though that attractive, lithe alien was some sort of CGI on her face. But no, it was Francesca Gandolfo, the Italian actress. While this was entertaining, I found some of the sound f/x lame and the musical score worse. But there were nice elements of humor and sexiness which made this better than some full length movies I've watched over the years.

Of all of the Dark shorts, I liked this one the best.
Had a clear beginning, middle, and end. Interesting characters (with humor), and good SPFX.
But the best shorts, in my opinion, were the shorts this girl was wearing.
This would make a great cinema film. Can't wait for part two, but please. . . Make it much longer!!!
