Honestly I don’t know why respawn or more people in general don’t talk about how alc aim assist is noticeably weaker than normal settings. That’s probably the reason why 95% of controller pros are on normal sens. It’s sad because I love alc, but it’s just a hard nerf.
I switched for controller to M an k and my aim got 10x better I'm not sure why but , I feel there's much more control with m an k, the whole talk about which input is better is not neccery as the player who is better will win regardless. Great video. . Also i think i have the weirdest mouse settings, just like when i used to use controller XD. 3200 dpi on 0.25 sense and I also use 4:3, but it did get me to dimond 2 so far. When I first started I was using aim labs 2 hours everyday it really helps.
This is helpful since I mainly play roller but I'm trying to switch to MnK and I have my settings exactly what you have said. Hard part is practicing and making sure I hit my shots and track better with Mouse
If you can just make sure you use R5 every time before you play. Routine equals consistency. ua-cam.com/video/Ab4KgoXjkJQ/v-deo.html For me on MNK its: Self-care Kovaaks (Pure G routine) R5 Reloaded Game
I wasn't expecting anything less, loved every second of the video. Helped me a ton in a lot of questions I had about improvement, would you recommend having only practice days which are separate from the days you actually grind or it's fine as long as you have time in between practice and sessions?
@@alstoynev4897 Best to do it between. Ideally incorporate it as a warm-up routine then go play. Aim is only one mechanic that makes a part of the puzzle so I'd always argue playing takes priority over just pure practice. But if you can have the best of both then do it absolutely!
@@RealPsykho I could definitly put both into my day without an issue as I'm working a job that allows me more free time. Thank you for the advice and can't wait for your next videos
Idek what im doing wrong anymore. No matter what I do i cant stay good at the game. My skills go away overnight whether that be i forget how to aim, forget how to position, etc. my aim is usually hit the hardest even though im spending at least an hour everyday doing verhaulst warmup, i do good for 1-2 days then terrible for the next 4-5 weeks before i get back to where i was.
I'll say a few things, but note that inconsistent gameplay is usually a result created by lack of routine or confidence. I'd recommend personalized coaching to determine the true root of the issue, but besides that here's my thoughts. 1. Positioning over everything. If you can rest or prevent a rest to get a kill, then that's great! The game is just a bunch of angles with some abilities in between nothing more, nothing less. 2. You need to be reflective of your gameplay. Look at some VODs of your own and write out the good and bad habits. 3. Keep practicing and find a rhythm. Not even pro players are perfect or consistent all the time. Hope this helps.

How do you know when you have found the right sens? I was play 4-4 classic no dz and was seeing some consistency, but then I got a huge death streak just like I did with 3-3 linear no dz. It made me realize that sens doesnt fix problems, and I need to work on consistency. Sounds obvious but I am still a bit torn. I prefer linear bc it offers more fine tuning and control. I just wish it wasnt so reliant on a good controller, mine is pretty good, but the more wear and tear the more difficult it will become to play on linear.
Apex needs more in depth content like this. Good stuff!

this might be cause by poor diet and lack of sleep. aim train before you sleep, because when you sleep that's when you learn the most
Progress is seldom linear.
One thing I noticed last week is that if you have way less aim assist. This is after I have been playing with zero for over a year.
