I once worked in a liquidation store. I sold 5 pots, similar to the tall one, of a strawberry with a man's face on them. I thought they were the most hideous thing, I was shocked they sold out first! That set of the butterfly set you made was 100x more lovely. People in Canada are quite a bit more unpredictable as to what they buy...🤣 a difficult market...
Those dishes came out so beautifully Steve! I love how you got the indented patterns on them. That whole set will make someone's home look amazing! God bless you Steve and your family. Have a lovely weekend!
I did a similar thing months back but for earrings/pendants. Used the eco resin and silicone stamps and I brushed some different metallic paints over the embossed images to highlight them 👍
It’s so easy to get addicted as you can do so much with it. I’ve just used it to do some carving with. That video will be out on this channel soon it carves beautifully
Hello my lovely, this sounds amazing. Do you have the link for the bowl at all? Dean said it looks beautiful. I have found the small oval using your link but cant see the other two ( but, you know what Im like!!! ) haha - thanks my love x
They are very cute. My question is, how usable are they. Can you put food in the bowl? Is the soap dish able to be in the shower? How do you clean the resincrete items?
Hi, love your tutorials - they are very helpful. Could you please share the link for the bowl mold you used as it’s so pretty (not part of soap dish link). Thanks. 😊
Oh Steve!! Ive been trying so hard to stick with just resin until i get it all used up!! But now you make the fabulous bathroom set. My resolve not to buy another thing is close to crumbling😢 😅
I finally tucked into my bag of resincrete and I'm hooked. Sooooo much better than POP+PVA. I do have a question about adhering two dried pieces together. Will Gorilla glue make a bond or just absorb into the material? What is recommended for combining pieces?
When doing the varnish, mine always looks streaky. Any tips? I love the bowl with the flowers, will have to try to find something like it :) Thank you for the video
I have a question. I have been following you since I found you! Your info has made such a difference in my crafting! So, my question is, can resincrete be used/ displayed outdoors? I know resin pieces yellow and aren't meant to displayed outside. My friend just lost her pet & I want to make a marker for the grave for her. Also, can you transfer photos to resincrete like you can with resin? I know, it sounds like a lot, but she loved him so much! Thank you for your help! Your channels are so inspiring! I watch your videos for hours! Thanks for all you do!
Would you be able to a video on the best ways you've found to clean your brushes/molds etc??? I noticed after adding dyes or paints to an eco pour, it seems the color kinda sticks to the molds...do you think it may be because of the medium used for coloring? And is varnish the best sealer youve found? Ive seen some people use varnish, modpodge and wax. Just curious! (Sorry for so many requests/questions!)
Hi Steve. Thank you for all your videos really appreciate them. I’m busy with a jar using deep pour but it is extremely hot and I know one of your videos talk about this, but it was deep pour, but still extremely hot to the point of nearly flash curing. I’m working well within my time of working with the resin and using Diamond deep pour. Please help, what am I doing wrong 😢
So I have an idea for your varnishes, but I am not sure it will work on, say, like a soap dish, but since you like to experiment, I thought maybe you would give it a go. Anyway if you use nail polish remover and mix in some Styrofoam it makes a sealer I think maybe wrong word not sure. Any way I am looking forward to seeing if you use my idea what the results are and if you like & recommend it.
The only ones I have seen are where people have not measured out the quantities properly and used too much water. That’s why I thought I would cover that in this video. Hope that helps
I have added tattoos to the resincrete before sealing with varnish. Then I seal the whole thing with the varnish. You didn't show sealing the bottom of the pieces. Do you seal them also?
They look Fab :) I'm Just getting into resin crafting, and i'm sure i'd seen a video by yourself about this but can't seem to find it, which do you find better Resincrete or Eco Pour h2o ?
Inlays I’ve seen Claire and Wendy on Toonpish do inlays in resin. So clever to do this in resincrete.
I loved it in ResinCrete, over the years I’ve done several videos using them with resin, so had to give this a go
Clair used them in jezmonite too
Nice

They look fantastic Steve. The colour is gorgeous too. Yellow is such a happy colour.☺️
Thanks. I do love yellow.
Those dishes came out so beautifully Steve! I love how you got the indented patterns on them. That whole set will make someone's home look amazing! God bless you Steve and your family. Have a lovely weekend!
Thank you Carly, you’re comments always fill me with joy, I really appreciate them.
Those came out so pretty. Not at all surprised they sold that fast.
That silver has a nice purple hue coming up
I did a similar thing months back but for earrings/pendants. Used the eco resin and silicone stamps and I brushed some different metallic paints over the embossed images to highlight them 👍
Awesome! I did it a few weeks ago with resin crete also...so many possibiltles ! Loved all the extra's!
It’s such a great product
I love it...bought the 3000 bag I'm addicted! 🤣@@SteveMcDonaldArtsandCrafts
It’s so easy to get addicted as you can do so much with it. I’ve just used it to do some carving with. That video will be out on this channel soon it carves beautifully
You did great on these. Yellow is such a sensitive color. You can go from "That's so pretty" to "offensively bright" before you know it.
Wow, that looks amazing !!!
The silicone-stamps are interesting...I didn't know they exist...
SO pretty!!! Love the butterfly's of course!!!
Stay safe, you do you, protect yourself and stay crafty 👍👍🛎️🔔🦋🦋
Love the inlays. Using both is a good idea to get different textures too. Another triumph Steve 😊
Did this years ago, dusted mica on the stamps before pouring, worked really well.
I do love using inlays with these eco pours, works so well. Pretty makes Steve
That is such a happy yellow. These turned out great. Was glad you provided the way to get them sealed. Thanks!
Yellow is my favorite color and I just love butterflies 🦋 💛 ❤ they are all gorgeous 😍
WONDERFUL ideas, Steve! 😍 I love those 3D tattoos...wow! I think the bowl is my favorite! 😊💗
Hello my lovely, this sounds amazing. Do you have the link for the bowl at all? Dean said it looks beautiful. I have found the small oval using your link but cant see the other two ( but, you know what Im like!!! ) haha - thanks my love x
Those are so great! I really love that bowl! I'm also loving that shade of yellow! The tattoos look really cool too!
Beautiful! Yellow makes me smile😊 the soap dish is my favourite piece.❤
Beautiful ❤️
Those are very pretty. I love the yellow.
I'd buy them too! They are so pretty - especially in yellow! Love them - great job!
You are so talented artist, l love yellow, and the set is amazing.❤❤ I'm learning from you so keep teaching. A fan ❤❤❤😊😊 Lisa from USA, Oakland CA
Thanks! I order and use the 5,000g resincrete as I go through it quickly.
Great idea. Is there a reason you sealed the piece before painting the butterflies and putting the tattoos on? Thanks
Beautiful, love the yellow, yellow is my favorite color. Thanks for all the info.❤😊
All 3 came out, Great ❤
That is my favourite colour. They look fab!
Beautiful, they look amazing ❤

How pretty those are!

They are so beautiful
Came out beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
Those are lovely.😊
love these ideas🙋♀
I really enjoy your videos Steve! Thank you for sharing.
Do people still use bars of soap? I mostly notice the pump bottles of liquid soap. I'm curious how they sold at your craft fair.
They are cute!
@@lorimontcalm9086 they do! I even sell them. It's real soap so it isn't bad for you like surfactants in store soaps. ♡
These do look so nice!
You rock as always! You have done it all, and continue to be better than the rest! Kick ass job
Thank you, that is a lovely thing to say ❤️
They are very cute. My question is, how usable are they. Can you put food in the bowl? Is the soap dish able to be in the shower? How do you clean the resincrete items?
Awesome job ❤ They came out beautiful 😍
Beautiful set!!
Beautiful!!

Great video. Thanks 🙏🏾
I just received my J Diction resincrete can't wait to try it love ones you just did I have those molds too
Very pretty
Turned out beautiful, do you also seal the bottom?
These came out gorgeous. 💛 the color too. Rarely see much done in yellow. Very cool tutorial 🥰
This is a really cool technique. Thanks for sharing! Resincrete is so fantastic. I love the stuff. It’s so easy to work with and surprisingly strong.
I Got some of that resincrate🤔 and it feel more like normal plaster where you put some wallpaper glue in it.. and that works creat too
Adorable ❤😊
Beautifully done 😊
They look amazing!! I'm just starting out with resincrete. I use cement. Just wondering what sealer you use for resincrete.
Oh Steve!! Ive been trying so hard to stick with just resin until i get it all used up!! But now you make the fabulous bathroom set. My resolve not to buy another thing is close to crumbling😢 😅
Can you seel resit crete alongside epoxy resin and a craft fair
Thank you ❤
Hi Steve I've got videos on doing this with Aqua Cast. Thanks for your video
I love them
I finally tucked into my bag of resincrete and I'm hooked. Sooooo much better than POP+PVA. I do have a question about adhering two dried pieces together. Will Gorilla glue make a bond or just absorb into the material? What is recommended for combining pieces?
Love them
When doing the varnish, mine always looks streaky. Any tips? I love the bowl with the flowers, will have to try to find something like it :) Thank you for the video
Do you have any videos on plaster of Paris?
I'd love to see you use your laser tool to engrave into resin and resincrete.
Hi just wondered why the large lamp and the 25 minutes working resin crete are only available in the US
I have a question. I have been following you since I found you! Your info has made such a difference in my crafting! So, my question is, can resincrete be used/ displayed outdoors? I saw that Let's Resin has come out with a "resincrete". Any chance you can do a video comparing them, please?
What kind of satin sealer do you use? I love the idea of the squeeze bottle for it!
Do you use your respirator mask when mixing or just gloves only?
Can you use PVA glue or mogpog in instead of the varnish it is waterproof
Hi Steve. Thank you for all your videos really appreciate them. I'm new to low viscosity resin. Are these mostly for tiny crafts and jewelry? What is the difference vs normal resin?
Is this stuff strong enough to make working buttons please.
Does the resin crete have a smell?
Is the varnish water based?
Can you color ResinCrete with acrylic paint or alcohol ink?
So I have an idea for your varnishes, but I am not sure it will work on, say, like a soap dish, but since you like to experiment, I thought maybe you would give it a go. The yellow resincrete looks like forbidden custard
On the fence about resincrete I want to try it but I have read some bad reviews on it.
Yes, I always seal the bottom. 😀
You do a lot of experiments, I was wondering if you have ever added scented oils to resin?
Try yourself some Hydrocal plaster I think it save you a bunch of money.
What is the purpose of hard valodity resin
What kind of polisher
So prett
I've just used resincrete tonight, my first eco pour and it stinks! Is this normal, I used it and some jdiction resincrete pigments.
They look Fab :) I'm Just getting into resin crafting, and i'm sure i'd seen a video by yourself about this but can't seem to find it, which do you find better Resincrete or Eco Pour h2o ?
To me they are very similar, but I love ResinCrete.
@@SteveMcDonaldCrafting Thanks - Iooking forward to experimenting :) 🥰
are you from Cardiff?
What happens if it gets wet
It needs to be sealed if it’s going to be in contact with water.
The Big Wipes cost 70€ the bucket or 4,14€ for one single wipe on Amazon Germany. 😳 Is this normal?
Is the varnish acrylic? Polyurethane? What???
❤
153 also can be 333
Have you ever?
Tried chameleon, Mica powder's in your butterflies?
Resin crate doesn't make bubbles it's not like resin there are no bubbles
What happened to your fingers , looks like a bad burn, I hope you're OK 😥😥
