Hi, I tried to do the exercises but I have sciatica with lumbar and felt various pain that I thought I was gone . If you can create a light workout for sciatica, glutes and abs that would be great.

Hey there! Yes, you can train your core daily if wanted. Giving yourself 1-2 rest days is ideal if your ab workouts are on the longer side, but if you're doing between 5-10 minutes of abs daily you will be just fine and will likely see better results. Remember, your nutrition is what will get your body fat down and the exercises will reveal the muscle under your fat.

The form on that kneeling side crunch is a difficult one to master to maximise contraction but love these workouts.
