As exciting as it was, pleased to learn the Outremer arrangement was non-financial, just helping each other. Outremer deserves help for building such a comfortable, safe and good looking boat with such long legs capable of averaging 11 knots over 24 hours. Congratulations on the high speed cruising and video editing and thank you all.
You don't think 1,5 million is enough thanks for them building the boat? ;) I agree Outremer definitely deserves getting to show of the boat in Miami after how they came through and helped with the whole repair so quickly but without the accident I'm not so sure I would have gone days/weeks out of my way for a boat show without compensation or discount as per the original agreement...

Now it’s obvious that you two are quite tough and familiar with the hustle of life, sticking through the highs and lows to get the job done. YOU DID IT! Holly, the moment I saw the continuance on your face, with the finish line in full sight, I knew this would be a fantastic finish to your “All Together” series. Even though I knew the result by watching the tracker and watching AWEN jockey around the finish, getting in line, and then finally at the dock, the way you weaved the story gave credit to those who helped and shared your feelings, which was fantastic. Stephane is a fantastic captain; you are a top CSO and video producer. Together, you were intelligent and humble in seeking professional help in this journey. The performance of AWEN under the proper direction was terrific. Outremer certainly shined high with the details of Outremer weeks, training, and handover; the support was unbelievable when needed. I hope you have a fantastic boat show and soon will enjoy the much-needed rest and recovery. This is a fantastic story, told perfectly, and the start of wonderful AWEN sailing adventures.

Holly, the moment I saw the continuance on your face, with the finish line in full sight, I knew this would be a fantastic finish to your “All Together” series. Even though I knew the result by watching the tracker and watching AWEN jockey around the finish, getting in line, and then finally at the dock, the way you weaved the story gave credit to those who helped and shared your feelings, which was fantastic. Stephane is a fantastic captain; you are a top CSO and video producer. Together, you were intelligent and humble in seeking professional help in this journey. The performance of AWEN under the proper direction was terrific. Outremer certainly shined high with the details of Outremer weeks, training, and handover; the support was unbelievable when needed. I hope you have a fantastic boat show and soon will enjoy the much-needed rest and recovery. This is a fantastic story, told perfectly, and the start of wonderful AWEN sailing adventures.

As you got closer to Miami, I found myself eagerly checking the predict wind tracker throughout the day (and night) … Go! Go! Go! Like cheering on an athlete in a race … but just quietly by myself … a little fist-pump … “yesss!!” … they are still going so fast!! Go AWEN, go!!
