I am restoring a '96 9c1 - with the Spider Spoke 15" Factory wheels & the 4.3L L99 motor ... 30 mpg , dude ! If you have trouble with the passkey, a good locksmith can come to your house & do a bypass under the dash for 175.00$
Looks like your trunk isn't closing down all the way. The same thing happened to my Impala. My trunk was opened while I was working on my stereo and the wind got it.
