1) learn the Quran from bayyinah institute (very cheap)
2) eat snacks if you're not fasting
3) hangout with your family
4) read the Quran
5) memorize the Quran
6) do the nawafil in the obligatory prayer
7) pray dhuha prayer
8) do your halal hobby
9) watch Islamic lecture

I just want to share this with all of you once i heard a sheikh saying with a surprise voice he said how people got bored when we have Quran he was teaching student Quran translation subhanAllah i dont think he is claiming people will never be bored but we can improve our mental health by fixing the relation we have with Quran

When people get bored (do not find anything joyful) they get on their phones, open their apps and waste time on internet, boredom leads to involvement in sinful things as well.
There is a context behind this video. I have added Quran tips there, so that when people feel like wasting their time, they should instead spend time with Quran.
