i do smash burger tacos with tortillas. put ur burger ball down like ur going to do smash burgers take that tortilla put it on top and press down to create the smash burger let it cook get the crust make sure not to burn the edges of ur tortilla. make sure to pay attention to the meat to make sure it cooks all the way threw (unless u like a little pink) once ur smash burger is cooked u flip it put ur cheese on the patty let the tortilla crisp up a bit then pull it off build it like a taco with burger stuff and there u go. good as hell.
