Met Mr sunil and asked for refund. He said I will give you double discount when you buy a unit from me in future. I bought one unit in asset Chirag later with a discount of 2.5 lakhs. Mr anil who was in charge of construction casually denied my complaints. The one one I recently occupied surpassed all my expectations. It’s better or equal to sobha. Being a Successful Builder is one of the toughest job in Kerala / India. Various Permits, Corrupted bureaucracy, Non Availability of good materials, lack of workers, inconsistent payments from buyers, etc..etc. At the end, to complete a Construction Project on time, with desired quality and customer satisfaction is almost Impossible. As per the claim from Mr.Sunilkumar, He was able to achieve it without having any court case from 6000 customers. I had a really bad experience with asset. The kottaram flat , I bought does not had a drainage connectivity. Very bad experience. After 5-6 years of handover one day Mr. Sunil came with an order to connect the drainage It was totally unexpected. Respect the brand commitment. Proud owner of Asset Kottaram.

Kottayam puthanagady Asset flat has many cases in high court due to land slide created due to steep excavation by asset but however cases for construction of retaining wall are filed against Joint venture land owners. Out of two towers in kottayam puthanagady one was not materialised due to stop memo that land is still barren near kurusupally junction. Even RERA registrations were done very late and no issues were reported in it. Now water sweepage in basement parking is still unsolved issue. Overall they are not reliable and have no good feedback from concerned departments. Airport Pick up is not for kottayam or mentioned Guest houses facilities are not given by mentioning many excuses. Now resale value of kottayam flat is lower than market value. Only mass dialogue like raju.

very bad construction quality builder.. ഇവരുടെ മിക്ക Projectകളുടെയും life span വളരെ കുറവായിരിക്കും. യാതൊരു നിലവാരമില്ലാതെയാണ് ബിൽഡിംഗുകൾ കെട്ടിപ്പൊക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. poor quality material main reason... beam,slab,colum എല്ലാം danger അവസ്ഥയിലാണ് നിലവിലുള്ളത്. കൊച്ചിയിലെ Project കളായ DD Platinum planet, DD golden gate.. അങ്ങനെ ഒരുപാട് unde DD mile stone vaduthala Projet മാത്രമാണ് നല്ല രീതിയിൽ കണ്ടിട്ടുള്ളത്.

I am a tenent of asset at tvm. Very bad association. They are too strict and charge heavily. I feel like living in a jail. I stayed for 3 years as a bachelor with lot of frustration. Now I got married and stays there itself with family. I bought this unit as second hand. As an owner I am happy and appreciate the strict. association. Good place for families not for bachelors.

I came to know about an arbitration ref No. 29/2022 ,..this firm is liable to pay more than 37 lakh rupees to a project consultant as consultation fee.
This person's claim is incorrect. They still owe approximately 50 lakhs to a project consultant and have lost the case, with a judgment mandating them to pay this amount. Despite the ruling, they are refusing to comply with the judgment.
He clearly states that there are no cases with customers. Since it's a business entity, disputes are common, but the focus is on how they treat their customers.
The so called claim of founding by Mr saleem is sarcastic. He cheated almost 1000 plus customers while he left without shouldering responsibility at a critical time. He got good money and left. It was Mr sunil who took the pain and delivered commitments
