I went around Tvm last summer looking to buy a property. Only found one builder who separated his bathrooms in wet and dry areas, that too in select units. Floor plan had huge wastage and The exterior looked like a concrete block from the 1980’s. In a country with a glorious architecture past, it’s sad to see such eye-sores being presented as luxury living. Yea, the price was luxury indeed. For less than 1500 sqft, it was 1.3 crores. Took this conversation serious until the guest dropped the name ilayidam! If you believe that man is legit, you need to recheck your assessment/judgement.
All builders one humble request Please water proof all bathrooms , and toilet , in such a way that the customer who bought trusting your brand name never CURSE YOU . Earn decent money never cheat investors .
The truth is that Pinarayi is not a very sensitive CM,But he did the best for this state He unlocked all infrastructure projects. GAIL,NH,Malayora Highway,Kochi Metro,Kannur Airport,Power Highway and ease of doing business, Religious harmony all are his credit.If you look through Nair dominated media has been very unkind to him.Marunadan and Manorama are two anti Kerala mouthpieces who have alienated investment into Kerala
