That valve is exactly what I keep trying to come up with in my head, I didn't know they made these so thank you!!
The PAC MAN mug!!
nicely done
nice diy 👍👍
Lovely music
Nice video and very intriguing! What type of bolts did you use to secure the valve?
We used the bolts that came with the valve, we just cut them down so they weren’t so long.
I built one last week. But mine was $80 - can was $50 and the valve was $23. Plus tax. I didn’t use the silicone it sealed up pretty well without it. Thanks for the idea. The TikTok I made of it has 30k views. 😂
I think I saw your TikTok today of it! 🤣
@@ThreeLittleGoats I need to find the $15 trash cans. The one I built holds just over 250 lbs of feed. I typically buy 500 lbs at a time. Got tired of the mice eating the bottom two bags. I need at least one more. We might start making our own feed and if so I need to be able to store 1200 lbs.
Hahaha I need that hat! 😂
It fits me perfectly, my hair is always a mess! 😂
How did that duct tape board hold up?
I poured 3 full bags of feed into it and it is still holding up just fine. The duct tape is just there to seal it around the edges and prevent food from falling below it, it’s not actually holding the board in place. 😀
How did the valve work out? I noticed it didn't close all the way. Did u have issues with that later on down the road?
I’ve added an anti theft stick to the top because our duck can push them up, but we still use them with no issues.
@@ThreeLittleGoats picture please😀
Here is a clip from one of our more recent videos where I talk about the anti theft and why we needed to add it. ua-cam.com/users/clipUgkxE8k-KSLgQB9M6RR6ylYe6lV-hGf154TJ
Wondering if you are still enjoying this system two years later?!
Yup, we have one for each type of feed now.
Are those nigerian dwarf goats? They are to cute! Very nice feeder too.
Yes, we raise Nigerian dwarf goats, they are my favorite, but keep me on my toes. 😆
@@ThreeLittleGoats im starting to think my farm is going to be stocked with all miniature animals....this is my wish list :
mini horse
Mini donkey (i just found out its a thing!)
Mini bantam chickens
And now im thinking i want a couple of those cutie pies!
I’m trying to talk my hubby into a mini donkey, I haven’t worn him down yet. 😆 My goats are only a few weeks old, they do stay relatively small though, that’s one of the reasons we went with Nigerians.
Very clever! New subscriber here. I found your channel searching for a conversion from carport to chicken coop. Have you been pleased with yours?
Hi Jan, thank you for subscribing! We moved our chickens into it a few weeks ago and so far it has been great. It’s large enough to house our 26 chickens and we now have ducklings in it and 3 rabbits in hanging cages.
