A great victory for Paula! ❤️ Especially a fantastic first set! I feel bad for Ons but she still gave it her all having an injury

Paula is so sweet -- she celebrated and realized that she shouldn't in front of her friend. I like her way more now!
Interesting at the end Paula was cheering after she won and then you can tell she looked across the net and toned down her celebration. Players absolutely deserve to celebrate their victories and be excited but by the same token I think its really cool to see Paula do that because it just shows how much respect these two have for each other. You're not going to do it for every opponent but the ones you call friends you're going to be like that more often. Love it all around and glad to see Paula doing well and glad to see Ons on the court again

As a Tunisian residing in Spain, I'm happy for Paula and wish Ons a speedy recovery in hopes of a GS win this year. Paula's defense was incredible today, she deserves the win. Ons still has that magician touch and will return to making history as soon as she's back in form. Great attitude from these two, best of luck to them both!

Jabeur shouldn't have risked more injuries playing in this tournament. You could see clearly her movement and her groundstrokes were far from her typical match play before she got injured and had to retire in her last match in a recent tournament.

Jabeur lost so many points in the last couple of weeks that her ranking will plummet soon. I genuinely feel bad for her. With an unhealed injury so close to RG i think we can safely assume her chances of reaching the final are close to zero.
Ons has better chances at wimbledon than Roland garros, she should've never participated in rome with an unhealed injury she should've took her time like bencic to be ready and pulled out from both Madrid and Rome
Question. Is the female commentator Kim Clijsters? Always been aware that she's been commentating since retirement but in this video, it's very distinct; her voice. I always thought it sounded like she just woke up.

Man the venue for the Rome event is something else. So many cool stadiums. And the Italian fans for my money are the best on tour. Super knowledgeable, not arrogant or rude like the French but massively enthusastic, always great atmosphere

A mi no me sorprende la victoria de Badosa. Jabeur se retiró en Stuttgart y no pudo disputar el de Madrid y la falta de partidos y el gran momento de Paula no hacían presagiar otra cosa. También los cara a cara favorecían a Paula a la que Ons solo ha ganado una vez.
I am not surprised by Badosa's victory. Jabeur retired in Stuttgart and could not play in Madrid and the lack of games and the great moment of Paula did not presage otherwise. The face-to-faces also favored Paula, whom Ons has only beaten once.
I ve seen Jabeur doing the same mistake again and again. She hits the backhand dropshot and then because of overconfidence she's not even alert to go up the court or imagine that the opponent will be able to hit back. This is one lazy tactic.

I am really blissful for the crucial glory of Paula Badosa but I am really forlorn for the defeat of Ons. In fact, Ons isn't 100% ready in terms of the physical power. I believe that she will revive her mobility and agility till the beginning of Roland Garros in order to watch herself on the courts.
